After surviving a brutal, three year long battle with dysthymia depression Kelsey Aida dedicated her life to the study and practice of masterful living (aka she says squeezing the awesomeness out of life).
In her mission to escape the darkness she dove deep into studying the true meaning of life and began to take control of her happiness like it was a full time job. She immersed herself in every self improvement book, podcast, blog, event, article, exercise, course, she could find and if she thought she could learn it , she wanted to live it.
Turning her life around one day at a time, and realized how to manifest an entire new perspective and experience where we can be, do or have whatever we want!
Once she relearned the truth of who she really was, a powerful creator of her own reality, she came understand a new identity that has helped her succeed to new levels in life and wants to teach everyone how to do the same. Life is fun and fulfilling and she wishes for everyone to experience that way.
