The market for free agent forwards got a little smaller Tuesday as Paul Stastny signed a 1 year deal with the Carolina Hurricanes for $1.5 million. We don't know if the Colorado Avalanche were interested in bringing Stastny back to Denver, but can we assume if they wanted to they could have easily done so?
The fact they didn't bring him back leads us to believe they were looking elsewhere in the FA market. But where?
