But a series of fortuitous encounters led him to a richer Jewish life, aliyah (immigration) to Israel, and ultimately involvement in a small tech startup called MobileEye. Sixteen years after joining that enterprise, it boasted the largest exit - a 15.3 billion dollar sale to Intel - in Israel's robust startup history.
