Have no doubt about this - the Enemy is on a mission to take you out. And he knows one of the quickest ways to take you out is to take your peace. So how do you fight back? How do you hold onto your peace? By protecting your heart. In today’s world, that can feel easier said than done, but there are some practical steps you can take to keep faith and peace in your heart. Create a regular habit of rest to replenish your soul. Learn to be content even while you grow into your future. Focus on the simple things - love God, love people. Stop complaining about things you can change. Disconnect every now and then - from technology, from the news, even from people you love - and spend some quality time with God. Don’t be afraid to let go of things that become unnecessary - some things are only meant for a season.
