    In his research he was looking at the motivations of elite U20 age grade players. His research was part of his Masters and was completed in conjunction with University of Queensland and the Australian Rugby Union.

    This Pod is about the journey we take as grassroots coaches. As most coaching pods speak with elite players and coaches, which is great. I want to talk to the coaches on the front line, the ones out there every weekend helping at the grassroots level.
