Kelly tells Melody why she has struggled in her own journey with self love: "I've left myself so many times after the moment I 'decided' I wanted to love myself." 
Melody explains that she is "embracing the fact that I am a complex person. The more we try to control, the more our ego feels safe, but our authentic self is the exact opposite." 


They also discuss the ways that they are finding feelings of safety in the current climate and in a culture that just simply does not feel save.
