Description
Stacy Tuschl is a speaker, business coach, and the owner of The Academy of Performing Arts in Wisconsin. She is the author of the book “Is Your Business Worth Saving?” where she reveals proven strategies for pulling entrepreneurs out of a rut and launching them toward business success. I’m so excited for today’s episode because it has been a little over a week and half since my book launched and I want to share a little bit of the behind the scenes with you. It did phenomenally well — better than I could have ever imagined. With over 12,200 downloads, we hit #1 in several categories. And not just in the US but in other countries as well which makes the book a #1 international bestseller. It feels so good to be on the other side of my first book launch, let me tell you. In today’s episode, I’m going to dive into this book launch. Some highlights include: If you want your book to be a bestseller, you need to get ratings and reviews of your book. At minute 3:00, I talk about how I did this with my book. In June, I went to a conference and met someone from a company called Epic Launch. At minute 5:00, I talk about why I hired them to help me get my book launched. I’m not a writer or a designer, and I knew I needed help with my book. I hired what is called a collaborative writer, and at minute 6:00, I talk about how Amy Anderson, my writer, was able to get a lot out of me and help me create my book. I also talk about working with Erica Jennings, my designer. At minute 8:00, I talk about the very specific launch strategy that got my book to become a #1 international bestseller. This segment includes an explanation as to why I made my book free when it first launched. Resources: Ask me a question! Join our Level Up Community!
