Kelly Azevedo, founder of She's Got Systems, has always unconsciously created systems around her to dominate, including in college when she won national debate tournaments to be ranked #4 in the nation two consecutive years. Raised by an engineer, Kelly loves training and teaching, and she pursued a degree in Business Management and Communications at Liberty University as she went through school on a debate scholarship. Kelly learned that her innate ability to create and utilize systems allowed her to complete task at corporate jobs in a fourth of the time and sought out a more challenging environment, landing in the middle of two million dollar online businesses. Adapting quickly to the fast-paced environment, constant changes, and ever present challenge of communication in the online world, Kelly has supported her private clients in their group programs, private clients, product launches, and all the daily business. Now working with marketers, coaches, teachers and professionals, Kelly continues to connect with entrepreneurs who are passionate about why they're in business and need support seeing how to make it all happen. In this episode Kelly and Stacy discuss the struggles of running a business in the early stages, including giving yourself the authority you deserve.
