Steven Washington is a gifted teacher of the mind-body-spirit connection through the movements of QiGong, Pilates, and dance. Using his gifts and passion, he offers online courses and individual sessions, his podcasts Heart Mind Moments and Love Lessons, as well as sharing his insights and inspiration in written form on Medium.com. He also finds joy and meaning in creating content and experiences for kids to help manage their stress and anxiety. Steven is Lee's beloved husband who leads QiGong sessions at LHE live events and teaches the monthly Body Energy Update for The Portal membership.
