She received additional training through summer intensives at places such as Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Point Park University, Richmond Ballet, and University of the Arts. Ginn graduated cum laude from Bucknell University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Dance. Her career in the dance field has been multifaceted including teaching various dance styles in studios, schools, and in collaboration with community partners throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Ginn has performed with Beth Elliot Dance Group, DC Contemporary Dance Theater, Heart Stück Bernie, Karen Reedy Dance, NetCo Dance Company, and Washington Reflections Dance Company. She also performed as a guest artist with Company E which included touring to Kazakhstan and Cuba in 2016. Administratively, Ginn interned with Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival and Dance/USA. She worked in the philanthropic sector as a Field Assistant for the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy. Most recently, Ginn worked for Dance/USA, a national dance service organization, for four years first as a Membership Associate and Development Associate and later as Director of Programs. She currently performs as company member with Dancethos and Motion X Dance DC. She also holds a 200-hour registered yoga certification and enjoys practicing and teaching yoga. She is also pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Ginn joined TWB in 2018 and currently manages the Adult Program and the Joseph C. Coleman Studios.  She also provides administrative support for rentals, private lessons, studio scheduling, and the Upper and Professional Training Divisions.
