Anna Cockrell is a highly decorated USC Track & Field star. She is an All-American hurdler and sprinter, a defending NCAA champion, and currently holds records for several events. Not only is she an incredible athlete, bust she also finished her undergraduate with a 3.98 cumulative GPA, the highest of any student-athlete at USC. However, with great success also comes immense pressure to perform both mentally and physically. In today’s episode, Anna gets real about performance anxiety, the pressures of perfectionism, and opens up about the accident that cost her team the 2019 NCAA championship.
