Description
South African Cameron van der Burgh won gold in the Men's 100 Breaststroke at the 2012 Olympics and silver four years later in Rio. He helped move breaststroke forward with a high tempo and focus on the shorter events. Over his career he won 10 LCM World Champs medals and 8 SCM World Champ medals in the 50 & 100 Breaststrokes.
Now a commodities trader in London, Cameron still gets in the water 3-4 times a week. Don't be surprised if you see him in a Masters meet soon enough.
In this episode, Brett and Cameron talk about how he changed breaststroke, how he trained breaststroke, and how to teach confidence.
