Today's topic that I think is important is choosing one target per week. Doing this can have massive rewards and really can be a game-changer. I also wanted to do this because of my daughter, a beach volleyball player. She's 14 years old and wants to play at a high level in college.I have asked her after a tournament what did she learn? Take that aspect of the game.
