Episode 1595: Consistency: What's Holding You Back by Catherine of Common Sense Living on Self Discipline & Motivation
Catherine is a blogger and founder of Common Sense Living. She enjoys cooking, reading and has recently rediscovered a love for writing which inspired her to start Common Sense Living as well as an Instagram account on which she posts original quotes and other inspirational quotes from writers she admires – along with her own blurbs about those quotes and her thoughts on them. She's also started a podcast called Common Sense Living that you can find on all the major podcast platforms, and she invites us all to listen, follow her work and join her for her journey on which she hopes to teach others some of the lessons that she's learned along the way.
