Kidawski has been a strength and conditioning coach for the last 20 years training everyone from Navy SEALs, to Pro athletes and even your modern-day housewives. Dubbed “The Body Architect”, he has a master’s in Kinesiology from the University of Hawaii but has educated himself and become proficient in all aspects of health and wellness. He lives and runs his business Influential Health Solutions in South Florida. He has written more than 5 books on it including The Back Pain Bible and The Head, Neck & Shoulder Pain Bible.
