The berry jam is versatile and vibrant; the kiwi is a sweet-tart surprise, and uses an intriguing "new" ingredient -- jam sugar! Whether you've been making jam for years, or are new to this practice, both recipes are reliable and fun, and perfect for capturing a little summertime sweetness.
