Today we sit down with two employees from Quorum – an integrated public affairs software platform providing stakeholder engagement, legislative tracking, and grassroots advocacy tools to government affairs professionals. Quorum is represented in this episode by Gray Kinsella and Neal Walia. Neal was raised in Colorado, attending Univ. of Colorado-Boulder for his B.A. in Political Science and International Affairs, and Univ. of Colorado-Denver for his M.A. in Criminal Justice. Neal served as a Program Coordinator for Community Partnerships for former Colorado Gov. Hickenlooper. He was a Legislative Coordinator for the National Governor's Association before joining the Quorum team. Gray is from the Boston area and attended George Washington Univ. for his B.A. in Political Science and Political Communication. He served in Marketing Research and Sales Support for Proclivity Recruitment Solutions in the D.C. area before joining Quorum. Quorum was founded 6 years ago in a Harvard dorm room by two college students who wanted to help improve the advocacy capabilities of individuals working in the government affairs space. Today it has over 85 employees, serving clients ranging from NGOs, embassies, and lobbying firms across the globe.
