Read a few books… don’t read too many books, you guys are business owners, like you are killing it. Don’t spend all your time doing this. They like by highest rent to value ratio, which you can get...But there is a reason a property is priced so low. You have to look at the area it is in.”--Lane Kawaoka   (16:07) “I think there is just a lot of bad information out there.
