This week I spoke with Alan Barratt, CEO and Founder of the worlds fastest growing sports performance and weight management brand, Grenade. Alan and his wife Juliet started Grenade in 2010 with just £27 in their bank account. After a few short years, 50 new members of staff and retailing in 80 countries around the world, Grenade is now worth a whopping £72 million and is one of the most exciting companies in the United Kingdom. Alan is an incredible CEO with an amazing success story. In this podcast, I learnt about his heartbreaking sacrifice, his underdog-style narrative, and gained some serious life lessons that only someone in this position could ever of shared.
