Description

On this episode Adam goes solo with his post-hunt “Hot Wash” from his February 2017 BC mountain goat hunt. The Hot Wash is a mainstay of many elite level military and law-enforcement units. A concerted exercise where the successes, failures and observations borne out of a given endeavor are reviewed and discussed so the team (or individual) can refine and improve upon their performance on every level. This is something we’ve covered in the JOMH previously, specifically as it relates to MENTAL fitness, and in this episode Adam covers his Top 5 takeaways from his recent late season goat hunt in the north coastal mountains of BC. This was an epic adventure through and through and Adam shares some key lessons and observations on gear, mindset and life that all mountain hunters can learn from.
