Today’s episode is for you if right now you are fearful of FAILING at something, or FEARFUL of a TRANSITION COMING, or just the  UNKOWN of the world that we live in.   Cuz let’s be real,  The reason we don’t want to change is because it’s hard, it’s UNCOMFORTABLE, we sometimes want to PEE OURSELVES cuz we are scared of FAILURE— although often we are even more scared of OTHER PEOPLE WATCHING US “FAIL”, or LETTING SOMEONE DOWN than we are of the ACTUAL ACT OF FAILURE right?   It makes sense! We don’t wanna be uncomfortable that’s why we RESIST change, and then BLAME FEAR.  Our brain likes familiar because it feels safer than the alternative of the SCARIER "UNKNOWN THING"...  But what if you re-framed fear, like it’s a fun COMPASS helping guide you?
