In this podcast, Dr. Berg talks about how to lose belly fat and still eat what you want. You don’t change what you eat but you have to change the pattern of when to eat. Follow this one rule by having your first meal at 1:00PM and the last meal at 5:00PM with the 4 hour window. If it’s too hard, step it back at 12:00PM and 6:00PM. Add bulletproof coffee in the morning if still not comfortable with the eating window.
