Tips:

Don't hide it
Don't flaunt it

Make sure there are no policies against it
Stuff might get weird if it doesn't work out - accept that
Weigh the pros and cons
Ensure there is no conflicts of interest
Set boundaries and maintain them
Take things slow
Be excellent communicators
Do regular check-ins
Avoid ALL the drama
Stay awesome at your job
