Jeffrey Lynn Campbell (Campbell Law Firm, P.C.) for appellee. Assignments of Error 1. The trial court erred when it found that the Smyth County Board of Supervisors properly entered into closed sessions to discuss dissolving the Smyth-Bland Regional Library. 2. The trial court erred when it found that the subjects discussed during closed sessions held by the Smyth County Board of Supervisors did not exceed the scope of the subjects set forth in their motions to enter into closed meetings. 3.
