DeJarnette V (Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney) for appellee.   Assignments of Error   The Court of Appeals erred in affirming the trial court’s exclusion of appellant’s proffered expert testimony because that evidence was admissible expert testimony and crucial to appellant’s defense.   III.
