A few weeks ago, I had an opportunity to do something big, hard, and scary, and for someone who usually really watches her words, I kept saying how scared I was. I was quickly reminded to change my words to speak about how invigorating it was. My whole attitude changed. It is amazing the difference in mindset you can have when you do things like change your words.
