One in five children lives with a significantly impairing mental illness and suicide is the second leading cause of death among 15-25 year olds. Because kids don’t wear their thoughts on their sleeves, we don’t know what they might be going through.Almost a year ago on World Mental Health day, Nationwide Children’s Hospital launched a movement called ‘On Our Sleeves’ with a promise of advocacy, education and fundraising for this critical pediatric mental health crisis.
