Description
Moms are nurturers by nature and nothing feels more nurturing than providing our kids with happy lives. However, in my never-ending quest in the self-development world, I've realized that fostering happiness is not the same as constantly trying to force happiness onto my children. We are not responsible for the emotions of others and micromanaging the feelings of our kiddos is exhausting and pretty unproductive. I want to create a safe space for my children to feel a wide range of emotions, so that when they're unhappy, they learn to cope instead of seek out someone to fill them up. The road can feel difficult, mama and I hope this episode helps you navigate it. Want more from this episode?
