Description
The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly forum on Workplace Racism. The aim of this broadcast is to imrpove non-white people's problem-solving expertise and to refine how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while at work. Any listeners who've unearthed the best tactice to minimize disputes with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience in Racist work environments should be first to dial in with specifics. We always value and appreciate the observations of "black entrepreneurs;" please, share with us how being "self-employed" makes your workplace experience better. Several listeners have expressed interest in forming a group to formulate ideas to help black people in the area of employment. Any listeners with human resource experience are encouraged to inquire about details. We'll hear counter-racist recommendations from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work history. Gus suggests Victims of Racism write down important workplace events. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more dependable than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share important sections of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943#
