The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly forum on Workplace Racism. The purpose for this program is to improve non-white people's problem-solving skills and to bolster how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while at work. Any listeners who've figured out the optimal technique to minimize disputes with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience in Racist work environments should be first to call in with specifics.
