William Parrett is the director of the Center for School Improvement & Policy Studies at Boise State University and Kathleen Budge brings a blend of 26 years of practical experience as a teacher and administrator. She is an associate professor of Educational Leadership at Boise State University. They are co-authors of the Disrupting Poverty: Creating a Poverty Literate Culture for Student Success. Mike Janatovich is the assistant principal of Harmon Middle School in Aurora, OH, and an ASCD Emerging Leader.
