What I loved about this interview is that Colton offers some very practical and actionable advice on how to go to university without relying on student loans. I'm almost ashamed to say I'd never thought about finding a job while in university that could also help pay for it! Looking back, now I see there were and are so many options to make money as a student that also extra perks. As Colton mentioned for instance, if you work at Starbucks you don't just get a free pound of coffee a week, you also get stock options after a few years. And if you're a server or bartender, you get tips (which could add up to a lot). And many cell phone companies offer special bonuses, commissions on top of pay and other benefits too.
