Description
Three members of the Vancouver HackSpace talk about Hackspaces for the one-hundred eighty-fifth edition of the GeoGearHeads. Kev_MacD, LANMonkey, and Team_K1W1 talked about how the hackspace works and some of the resources available. Kev_MacD and Team_K1W1 (also known as the Geekboys) told us about their "cacheDuino" (GC274MK) and "RFIDuino" (GC3420J) built at the hackspace. They authored the "RFIDuino - Using an Arduino & RFID Reader to make a puzzle GeoCache" and "Building a Prusa i3 3D Printer" on Instructables. Congratulations to Questermark for submitting the winning response for this week's question. Thanks to Dr. Cachenstein for the of this week's gift! The live video session from this Google+ Hangout On Air can be found on YouTube.
