I was watching myself talk to Dr. Bob about the fact that I'm just not a very good runner. And it's true. I know when I'm good at something and I am not a naturally gifted runner. But that's the reason running changed my life. It gave me a way to apply myself, learn, progress, and fail when I'm not naturally good at something. But the truth is, natural runner or struggle, runner, it never gets easier. And that's why running is so damn empowering.
