I met Dr. Michael Ruscio in Lake Tahoe at the Mind Pump Podcast Hard event. I was a little nervous going in because, well, he's super d-duper smart and I was a little worried I wouldn't know the right questions to ask him. But he was so well spoken and he really explained gut issues in terms that I could understand, instead of simply doctorsplaining like so many people I've met in that food/gut space. I know I don't interview a ton of people on this podcast, but it was so fun talking to Mike and hearing his story along with some of the patients and issues he deals with in his own practice.
