Our guest today, Nicole Rouseau, has been in the real estate business for 8 years. She started as a part-time agent selling on her mother's real estate team back in 2010, and after taking a break for a remarkable career opportunity in the corporate world, she came back to real estate in 2015.  Her areas of expertise are sales, training, and now real estate.   When her father and eXp board of directors member, Gene Frederick, joined eXp realty in 2015, she went into real estate full-time working with Gene to help grow eXp Realty.  Since joining the company in 2015, the agent count has grown from roughly 400 agents nationally, to now over 15,000.
