Prior to Jelli, Dougherty was Vice President, Business Development at Tellme, a leader in speech recognition applications (acquired by Microsoft), and Senior Vice President of Business & Corporate Development at Loudeye, an early leader in online & mobile music web services (acquired by Nokia).
