I initially bought this book because I was interested in interpreting my own body language and seeing how I could have more control over it. The book is geared towards salespeople which annoyed me a little bit. It talks about controlling others which I had no desire to do, and it discussed business settings. Again, not for me. I was more interested in studying the psychology of body language, and the physiology of how that works in conjunction with our brains. So not the right book for that. However, there were some chapters that were mildly useful although basic.
