    Human joints have a wide spectrum of vulnerabilities. This product was made for a joint scenario that had healed after surgery but was weak, for perspective. The author has decades of advanced experience in health, fitness, bodybuilding & athletics in addition to being extremely safety minded after learning several lessons in regard to respect towards safety, being physical body safety minded, in his youth. Most people have very little knowledge of fitness, athletics, personal safety in exercise, how to prevent injury, how to stretch, how to robustly hydrate with electrolytes in addition to a number of other concepts, methods and techniques that could better help one avoid injury. Do not get injured while on this program on any program. Don’t push yourself too far. Progress is made a little at a time with the human body. Any time you move for anything you are vulnerable to injury. Do not do this program without the supervision of a personal trainer or physical therapists in combination with the approval by your licensed health care professional.

    Additionally, most modern humans have very weak bodies due to eating foods low in nutrients, wrong nutrient form supplements, anti-nutrients while taking in a lot of toxins. On top of that, modern humans get very little exercise and very little natural body movement, stress, impact and resistance that humans from yesteryear experienced on a daily basis. Therefore, human joints, bones, muscle and connective tissue have become much weaker on average. And this weakness further increases the risk of injury while hindering recuperation from injury. Take this into consideration for your own joints so you can develop your own plan to compensate for such nutritional weakness in combination with general overall body weakness that was there before your injury.
