    I made this book with the concept of automation and expansion in mind.  If you’re like me and like to do a lot of things, the old 1:1 ratio of work to output is just not going to cut it.  Greater efficiency is needed.  And habits provide efficiency.

    Become a great performer yourself.  Once you get to that stage you can multiply yourself through systems, through systems for training others to focus for you to get things done and now AI and robotics as we step into the George Jettson Age.  Yes, what’s better than you being a Focus Habit master?  Having 10, 20... 100 other people or things doing things of focus onto output for you is what!

    I believe that by using the information in this book, you can increase your productivity considerably.  And when I say increase productivity I’m talking about production output that counts, that quantifyably improves things, that produces output that produces profit in one shape or another.  Monetary profit is important.  But you can develop focus habits for increasing your average winning in just about anything such as:  relationships, sports, music performance, inventions, art, coding, marketing, building wealth and so on...

    There’s a learning curve to things. There are so many people now across the world who are smart and fast, that any sort of easy loophole for success gets quickly evaporated these days.  If you want to win, you’ve got to do all the steps it takes to win. If you want to be a winner, you've got to incorporate habits of winning that put you in high probability positions to succeed every time. 

    Top performers develop habits of what to do and not do.  They turn check lists of do not do’s into a habit to habitually avoid those things.  They turn a check list of do these things into a habit to do automatically.

    What’s a habit? It’s a set of actions or reactions that we accept into the subconscious mind.  The subconscious mind takes over, kind of like a spirit based agentic AI and gets us to do things.  When we are performing a habit it seems like nothing because we are not operating out of the conscious mind, we are operating out of our subconscious mind.

    The subconscious mind is a gift.  We all should use it more often.  An expert on the conscious mind vs. subconscious mind is a stem cell researcher named Dr. Bruce Lipton and you can find all sorts of materials of his online, plenty of videos too.  It would be very good to listen to him from the conclusions he made while researching stem cells and he can provide you a really good perspective on the conscious mind vs. the subconscious mind. And habits are all run from the subconscious mind.

    In this 3rd edition I go into a deep dive on many related topics to a focus habit while providing more structure and clarity vs the prior editions.  It’s a bigger book but, as you’ll learn from strategies below, just read the book in parts.  When your energy starts fading, simply put the book down before you exhaust yourself and you’ll know when to come back and pick up reading the next part of this book. 

    You might also want to take notes and write down questions from which you can go do direct research to speed up your learning.
