hall this manuscript, thought of what meager approach soever it rendered under the light of wisdom and the greater sanctions of universal knowledge be afforded a grace by higher minds in being considered as this layman’s best artless product of toils seeking to revive thought and provoke constructive dialogues over the state of the human psyche, its behavioral conundrums and the better prospects of mankind. Heretofore, I had only wished that my scribbles were allotted the light of day. Should this plea somewhat granted become, I thenceforth should wish the continued grace of dedicating it to all of those noble minds and virtuous souls that strive to make man’s environs a better nest of truths, justice, moral values and pride. No dedication could rise ever so high as that which sought to bestow upon the human worth its due, by elevating the spirit and stirring the mind away from granted unquestioned understandings, unto higher clarity of thought and formulative of concepts, all such feats guided by the beacon of wisdom and the virtues of the soul. By virtuous nous shall truth be sought, even while periling our own demise.

uke R Silva is an industrious thoughtful author, whose works in Philosophical literature seek to concern themselves in greater prevalence with the matter of the human existence and activity, its behavioral complex and the consequences to the collective’s interests born of such. Samewise, he dedicates great labor in the analyzes and critique of socio-political species, socio-theological aspects, common justice and economic disparities, all blended with metaphysics, existentialism and moralism philosophical principles and systems of thought, aided by historical facts. Faithful student of the Free Science, ancient high-minds of the Greeks, Romans, Scottish, English, French and German philosophers, among others. He gives high merits to his studies of the Afro-American political activists and general history of the land, other socio-political entities of past and their position, gathering a broader sense for political thoughts and equitable freedom of governance. His chief endeavors comprised of Philosophical inquiries pertaining to human experience, being the thirst for broad knowledge and universal cultivation that which magnetized his curiosities, all greatly inclined toward creative arts and free abound inquiries into the matter of human animation, as aided by the Polaris faculty in moral philosophy. However far his explorative thoughts strayed, yet they landed him back unto the province of humanistic philosophical systems of thought and, therein, samewise, other principles concerned with the human life as a whole, and the social cause for justice and equity. Foreword:

As I seek to elaborate into words a few dear thoughts which have been taking me to great concern, I must, as always, allow my own to be free in both expressing them, as well as in deviating from that traditional procedural venue of book layout and orderly adorns, that I might remain best adhered to the essential meaning of my work and the conveying of deliberations devoid of fashion, rather enriched in natural truths as they rise to my cognition. In the humble leaves that follow, you may find in what of a layman’s affords I hope to rise to reasonable degree of captivation in attention, some analyzes and offered suggestions over the human life in today’s industrious societies (most uniquely in the USA), aided by my philosophical speculations over the general human mental state, psychological tendencies and behavior, as would be contributory to the problem. Let us consider the fact that by nature humans are imperfect, by adopted malicious artifices worsened one to the other. Man’s redemption descends not as mana from the heavens, and sovereign states must remain as either an image of its universal adult suffrage’s choice, or else its yielding (either of greater factional or in majority) in subordination to forfeitures or to classes with greater economic powers. The American Democracy is merely an experiment; fragile in nature and mutable by convention. It is an abstract ideal, imperfect, bohemian, infirm and highly volatile, requiring constant vigilance and instituted guides for preservation. All which makes a most direct and relevant part component of human live is hereby brought into the equation of such an analyzes and critique without prejudice. The chief aim of this artless work, were to serve as a catalyst, an ultimate call to social justice, and the awakening in both the society as a whole as well as the economic and politico-governance structures, of those long-suffered injustices that now more than ever, seem evidently pressing and requiring of a major reform. Devoid of this, the narrower and darker the end for the communal. This literary toil is a product of an extended effort into the examine of the US society and its encompassing realms of related issues, it began in 2017. ***If inasmuch as one sole mind found within this writing an idea which benefited it while under the counsel of justice and those dearest virtues to man’s moral repertoire, than this work would had served its greatest purpose and fulfilled a revered dream of mine.***

    Chapter #1

Of the mental perceptive of Patriotism

    &

the emotive influential bearings upon its formulative

He who were a lesser patriotic -samewise by thought as so by deed- readily must self-proclaim his own as one, by bestowing the patriotic vainglory thereupon his passions, -if only perverted as to logical reasoning, poor in substance but rich in egocentrism, vanity, romanticism and dark biases. He must brandish same notion against those seen unmerited of status. Passions are the preferred vehicles and outlets for disturbed sentiments and dim complexes within the soul.

Patriotism, a priori is but a forged symbolic imagery of thought, brought forth as an awe conception for that sedentary belonging of romanticizing loyal souls to a certain hereditary social unity under one mother State Nation, itself independent and embracing of them as dear sons of land. It should stand to no amazement that among the vast masses of peoples, all may share the feelings in cherishing, revering and pride as progenies of one same Patria, although no uniform perception, at core, (either of passionate or rational rank) relating to such sentiments, were at all equal. This premise takes for rationale and logical counsel, the fact that empirical examines have proved groups never to be in final concise unity of minds, since sentiments and comprehensions must by natural necessity differ among individuals apart, themselves all of differed entity of minds under likewise order of workings and perceptive outcome. Furthermore, as to set apart from lesser consequential such scenario, due to the sublime and ceremonial status of the subject, the degree to which personal emotional ambition takes hold in those of an infirm soul must always rate the keener, so to provoke competitiveness for attention, yet worse, the feverish desire to brandish patriotism as means of shield, refuge and attack upon those seen as less likeable by or deserving of Patria’s motherhood and love. Children, either conscious or unconscious of the act, tend somehow to compete for position and extraction of greater love and admiration from parents, this has shown to be natural of them. Adults yet suffer from like emotive symptoms, although they had long of maturity and use of intelligence learned to better conceal same acts, or to deflect the roots of same from the readily attention of others. Human maturity affords a person a better trained and refined intellectual aided by the acquisition of knowledge with which to generate thoughts and command verdicts based on more seasoned and intelligible logical manner. But the human kernel of mental quality remains quite the same at core, whence came often the overriding power over initial senses of rationale and order. We must not from this examine omit the fact that those sons to whom parenthood (equivalently The Country) failed proper attention and care, thereby the moral sense were at once maligned, sentiments mortified into adverse perceptions or degraded sensation of that anointing notion of Patriotism. But no matter the perfect state of this universal cognition and emotive attachment to Land-and-State, and its cultural endearment and pride by extension, the degree within the soul, thus the sense upon the mind varied by persons and as a matter of self-autonomous compulsory law. It is one which were personally assumed as self-awarded, being it a direct fruit of that common human conceit born of egocentrism and adulating vanity. The individually-assumed mental position and self-afforded entitlement for such rights as to unilaterally act so, devoid of a Patriotic (State-and-Land authority) approval, is an example of misperception for the true meaning of patriotism, a perversion of its logical bylaws and sinful behavior against the dictates of brotherly unity under one same Flag. If there were to be patriothood of equal citizenry under the blessings of one same flag, all legal sons of land ought then to had been taken as patriots, unless they otherwise had been treasonous against the State, or voluntarily surrendered their citizenship or legal immigration status, or became a great detriment injurious to same State in a manner deserving of its expulsion from membership. Those naturalized into citizenry, standardly had gone through a most rigorous process of preparation and approval to same end, made to know the process and meaning at their higher rank, to solemnly bear the weight of this membership and honor. It were those long stagnated into same belonging who had since taken much of same laws and requirements for granted, hence left with the mere vain emotive sense for meaning. True patriotism, realizably metamorphic from its inceptive conception unto earnest tangible acts, must require of a faithful individual attuned to its concrete and positive guides, that he sacrificed on its behalf, and subordinated to its rules of social behavior and the preservation and defense of its laws fully; to defend it at all costs against those anyhow acting against the former set of rules, no matter their national affiliation and origin, domestic or foreign. It is never sufficient to become patriotic, that a citizen would simply ostensibly and arrogantly intoxicate his own with the use of a wide-range of paraphernalia, a taboo and overbearing manifestation, boastful outer displays and voiceful proclamations as so. Patriotism is itself born of a common unity in peace toward one single national identity goal. It is not one to be born of popularity contest, or be used as a nagging symbolism with which to bully those taken unpreferred or unworthy in the eyes of and due to the actor’s own biases and sinful percepts. Neither does the willful sacrifice of one in the aid, defense and perseverance of the nation entitle him the ultimate authority and unquestioned right to cast worth and decide of the other’s place and entitlements before the nation. Every faithful citizen must contribute to its nation and respect its laws and common interests, but not all may contribute the same way. That inner-strength and stable accountability to a solemn belief requires more of a silent, measured, temperate and lasting commitment within, based on an earnest rationalized spiritual devotion to the Patria. Acts akin of overindulgence, chauvinism, eager to gain attention, are by sound reason perceived as fruit of veiled weaknesses and vile tendencies, not worthy of trust as genuine and solid. The use -indeed abuse- of his assumed superiority in the rank of patriotic standing, and self-elevated position of authority, so coarsely and overbearingly to brag, showoff and nag others with his presumptuous patriotism is not at all commendable nor serious. The symbolic stage of patriotism, as either an outlet for ranting a seething narcissistic sentiment, a psycho-conundrum of inner ire and rebelliousness, else a fancy of biased nostalgy and self-pride, is ever abundantly reflected in displays by many a man whose understanding of the realizable conception is all else but real. Children may want to believe they honored, followed and were at one with their parents and their legacy of principles, all the while as they hindered and demeaned their siblings before the latter’s own natural entitlement to same parenthood’s enjoyments. They felt and acted under their forged shield, in ways not of  the parent’s approval or teachings. We are wont to forgive children the greater and as easier, but no so much the adults for their errors. The selfless-serving of a State has been and ought always to remain the best epitome and most genuine example of a lofty self-sacrifice for the safeguarding and preservation of it away from all harms, both present and those that may remain astray and living in simmering actions, designs or intentions of its enemies, both foreign and domestic. This, oh men of my esteem and honor, is the true example and most meaningful perception of patriotism. The only way in which this sacrifice may wholesomely come of its son (whether be he a Native, Naturalized or Resident under fidelity), were when of his committed action, he proceeded from a mental state freed of all rancor, biases and reservations, but rather united in the cause as a whole and for its sole sake as an end absolute for the equal advantage of the collective.

Varied are folks equipped with perverted percepts, themselves wildly brandishing the flag of patriotism while licensing themselves to declare heroism and common pride to their own honor, although their driving principles, sentimental muddle and intentions were necessarily not patriotic. The very same patriotically-engulfed and pride-intoxicated arrogant and feeble-minded folks, themselves wrongly led by those sanguine caprices racially-hereditary, unable to satisfy their desires in the mere display of flags and all-American identifying paraphernalia, then in pursuit of that insatiable completion, sought to destroy DC and impede the lawful transfer of powers between presidencies on 01/06/2021, as though an act of patriotism and accurate fair use of their civil liberties, for the better of the Country, as may presumably be summoned by diverted minds aimed at making sense of such a senselessness. This, to name one sole act, for the list is quite extensive and worrisome, although furthest from patriotism. Brothers-in-arms, the men and women of the US Military are great patriots, they are the best the Nation has to offer under that category of special ranked citizens, for they have proved to self-sacrifice their own wellbeing at the cost of their own lives to defend and preserve this Nation while fighting not for themselves, but for the brother and sister next to them. Here is where strength is shown, and a fidelity toward the belief of patriotism is earnestly reinforced. Such heroes deserve all our honor, love, and indebtedness, for the patriotic sacrifices they endure on our behalf, while being true patriots in the process. Of these true Heroes we all should seek to learn a great deal of lesson of what it feels like to be a faithful son and daughter of a Nation, of that rarest and most profound sense for brotherly love and sacrificial deep devotion, that us, the often insignificant and coward masses know none about, but dare brag. No less merited are their loved ones, heirs and descendants, for often the brunt of hardest, earnest and most lasting sacrifices were bore by them, suffered both during the service of those patriotic heroes to their Nation while under painful suspense, as well as in the ultimate losses suffered as a result. But these heroes humbly yet choose to be out of sight and mostly silent, quiet to the nation and requiring no grandiose adorns for their daily sacrifices. Forlornly, they are the same who are made victims of much ingratitude, discrimination and dispossession when returned home greatly embattled and deformed by the traumas suffered during wars and peace-keeping missions. The very the very same folks who claim to own the doctrine of patriotism, its deep belief and passioned commitment, are who turn their backs on the only true brave patriots daily, else insulted their injured souls by false promises and deferred pledges, used as political pawns by depraved conning politicians. This is done directly, and indirectly through the politicians they elect, whose policies are often highly prejudicial to or neglectful of the veterans. Is not the act which voted in one such politician not unpatriotic itself? Was the voter not to be taken as such? As I write this, the US Military, for instance, remains under-funded and under nominable siege, due to congress’s stalemate, due to a representative using the very wellbeing, safety and lives of servicemen and women as political pawn, by pandering to uninformed, corrupted in thought, or highly biased electorate composed of few people religiously indoctrinated. In keeping with the true sense and act of patriotism, not trailering from afar are all good folks who themselves seek to make of this patriotic house, a better America for all peoples within same boundaries, while honoring those sacred laws for unity and peace among same. Patriotism, as most mental products of emotive species, such as were those fallen within the appellation of romance, love, nostalgia, friendship, religious beliefs, superstitions and other magnetisms or repellents of the spirit, has for itself a symbolic axis in the mind, formulating its emotional rainbow or aurora of conflicting order and percept. Scarce are those occasions when of an emotive stroke upon the spirit, reason would be of the ability strictly to guard or guide the self as to act in accordance to best logical rules of both rationale and the blessings of virtues. And, when once such failure occurred within the directing of the mind into proper actions, wild manifestations then took prevalence and supremacy over all sensical meaningful commands which would chance being stable, lasting and realizable. As it might have pertained to the wonders of the sense of  patriotism, much of which had been given occasion in the acted upon realisms of those intoxicated with such confounding emotions, what is being manifested by the spirit of the actor, chiefly is for the appease and aliment of his own soul, not in the benefit of the object of patriotism itself, still less the Country over which same conception was formulated.

This is more of an neurotic element than a rational formulative, it were a species of mental sentiment, rather than its sense. All along, what might have so been experienced, were but a false sense of self-realization, an eager inner-pursuit for significance and desperate sense for identity, procured through an neurotic outlet against the position of others before one same symbolism: - The Patria concept. That fond soulful desire to which we failed realism, all the more we then felt as dear need to struggle creating through manifestations symbolic of it. The aforementioned true heroes have for themselves a satisfied realization of such wonders through tangible irrefutable acts, and so they remain at peace with themselves, save for the outstanding sad fact they yet bore the unerasable guilt of one sole life they wished, fought to save but were unable to; that last tour or cause they could no longer take part in, that brother and sister still in the front lines without their assistance and protection now… this is true patriotism.

It is not such distorted passion spectacle which were not originated in kernels of virtues, nor for the sake of the object of perceived love and regard; it is so for the in-vain fulfillment of the psychologically ill, himself. It were rather simple a matter for the understanding of reasoned wisdom, that what only chanced an imagery in the abstract for its presence in a man’s mind as a result of a sheer amalgamation of maliciousness and negative passions that pitted one man against his neighbor and sough to demolish the latter for his own elevation, is not at all a virtue itself, nor is it a natural or genuine feeling. There is a sharp unmistakable separation between real feelings of love and real conundrums of a fevered mind’s hallucination in delusional feelings of love. The one were naturally born of an innate sense of admiration and awe for the beauty, wonders and self-significance of an object of love which were being appreciated for the sake of its own, devoid the manifestations of the beholder for its own satiations, fashioning and control. The other, a still like set of feelings, but which were magnetized through the cannons of shadowed egotism and vanity, conditioned upon implied satiations of the beholder for its own wild manifestation, fashioning and perceived completion. What were the dearest pleasure for the object of love is rarely taken into the equation of the beholder of it while of his pursuits and formidable romanticisms for its captivation and enjoyment. He is concerned with his own solely, even as he were to be made feel loved and more complete by same which selfish reasons in return, to feel love for the object that brought him same wonders. Removed the wonders brought him, as might be caused by a demand descending from the object of love for its self-pleasure and perseverance, so readily then goes away the love from the beholder also. This very same predicament exists in mindsets conceiving patriotism through keen romanticism and overly contest for the conquest into greater position and preferential assent before one same mother-country. Perhaps these good folks might benefit well in listening to an old song from Capeverdean Patria, whose partial lyric states: -Cape Verde sends its love, and its deep nostalgia for all you absent… it told me to tell you that in its motherly lap there is still that warmth for all its children with one same love… and perhaps our beloved president John Kennedy had this understanding in mind, when he said: -ask not what your Country can do for you, but what you can do for your Country-. It makes a good sense, that the commitment, love and fidelity is for the Country itself, and could only me measured through the good deeds done in the benefit of it and its collective. Although the agreeable symbolic display of adorns and the pronouncements of slogans could themselves be compensatory to the spiritual conception of patriotism, devoid of true sacrifices in deeds benefiting the collective they rendered themselves as purely superficial, evasive and passive, they created no true patriot. One loved not his country, if this same sense of love to him solely descended when he benefited from it however unwarrantedly be this. One cannot love his country solely predicated in the winnings and gains to his own, and likewise in betraying his own compatriots. He who had betrayed his fellowman into lies, deceit and conning acts, had by extension betrayed his country, he were no Patriot at all.

Grifters, plunderers, misers and scoundrels, and likewise snake oil sellers, soothsayers, con artists, demagogues, pundits of evil, devil’s advocates, political hacks and corrupt officials all are unpatriotic and injurious to the collective, they give great pains and disservice to their country. Howsoever better their cladding, forged niceties or ad lib rehearsals, still same villains they remained at heart and threat to the public.

Let us remember that the most destructive elements of a Nation Country, are the very same seemingly proud bearers of an emblematic constant brandishing patriotic slogan. The very first sacrificial call to improve, sustain or defend the Nation were readily to be straightly rejected or circumvented against. These folks might of their trance and macabre behaviors gather a self-perception that they had impressed and contributed greater to the country, but this may be but a mere delusion. There are lots of crazy baldheads, stiff-necked fools and programmed parrots in Washington DC pretending a good role, memorizing verses and learning the tricks, their ways around the ropes of parrots and chameleons to barely discharge or pretend to so do, the duties of the offices they once conned themselves to as phony statesmen, by elections of lies and deceits born of their uninformed and feeble-minded constituents. But they will never be patriots or even inasmuch as gentlemen, for that matter. Plenty are there images, plays, pretenses, personas, notorieties and so on, which man may afford to forge, to plunder, to con and to puppet their own into. Certain safeguarded solemn offices must only be earned through strict acts fully performed out of goodwill and under noble state of mind and spirit, and these are seldom entered into, no matter the fabrications and breaches. Those who chose the short-circumventing roads to them, only were able to have to settle for their counterfeits, the desperately constant reworking of falsehoods as truths, and the conversion of their soul into a mechanical structure for the artifices that never ended, and never enabled them to reach their true dream of Machiavellian designs and fabrications. Such is the impossibility in the rightful achieving of what was a priori, unmerited by an actor, that a pursuit must always remain a vicious constancy, for contrarily the attainment must by necessity ever remain without reach.

America is a better Country than most, but quite far from perfect, it is an ideal work in progress which depends on ongoing good deeds of us all toward one same goal, for a more perfect union. The principle of constructive criticism descends from a place of hope, aimed at a betterment for the collective, howsoever rash our tone and tenor rose to in such somber process be, the hope is always the same: -we seek a more perfect union for the collective’s enjoyment! Nothing could be more patriotic than this initiative and its faithful bearers.

    Chapter 2

    of reasoning and moralism.

merits and demerits, virtues and vices within the human behavior.

    The Unpardonable Sins of Societies

Reasoned intellect were of a twofold value, impending its formative use and application: -the one of virtues, thus of merit, the other of vices, hence of demerits. An intelligible reasoning devoid of morals periled aiming more at vices than virtues. Man never rises higher than his soul.

A man of good, subscribing to those strict self-commanding mandates of virtues found in the natural stock of moral sentiment, needed no statutory laws or benefits outside of  himself, with which same to widely and freely promote righteousness, same in thoughts so in deeds. Once you had elevated your own to such stardom of moral imperative, you then would had begun to see injustice and evil without the aid of external forces, without curtailment through remoteness, without the daunting desire for seeking shield or refuge. And then only would you come to more selflessly see life through a prism of justice and equity, solidarity and good will for the collective, without the bearing distinction of any socially-established percepts for human rank or variation in worth, or the vile traditional, political, or governmental practices of  like order. You might rise to not only condemn them on yourself, but on all men equally, you would not be able to in a manner soever associate, let alone support any thought or action that were or seemed to be intended to cause such harms. Groups are always more of a behavioral percept and culture of prejudices than individuals themselves, although the influence of the collective upon the individual were always marking and deforming; so is a man is to know what to belong to, if he were to wish know where he were headed. But man is the greater mentally-permeable than he may rise as notice of or consent over, groups have significant influence upon members, and these often succumb to the former’s culture and commands, being these either implied or expressed. Socialization must not to be taken as granted mana from heaven or blessing from nature, it should never be reckoned as mere accident or passive encounter. Individualism, when wholesome and solid, grounded on virtuous mental order, should better prevail in any such milieu, if there ever were to be social dissents for the sake of preservation of the identity in moral order and intelligible guides. If Nature intended us to be sheep, it would had created us as one. There must to individuality remain an unmistakable identity to conscience as to the soul, lest we should turn to social pleasers and values-vagrants. The history of mankind speaks to this effect with earnest words to truth and justice, across the enlightening pages of its annals, when it elaborates upon those lives which became taken for extremists and rebellious, thus cast from many societies as defiant agitators, exiled to lost hostile provinces of pariahs and prisoners. Of how these same individuals, holding dear to their visions and ideals, fought through all battles and endured all injustices and castigations, just so that one day to make their dreams a reality for better order in the society of man and its rightful progressions onward. Let us not waste a stint in the impressive learning of such splendid lessons of bravery and heroism. Rarely do man stand against the forces of darkness today, oftener to the dismay of morality and human cause he cowed within his own afore the first procedural threat or comfort withdrawal. We are owned by too many enslaving pleasures and accustomed to comforts, this is well-known by those who seek to deprive us of them, or else allow in exchange for our conjugated souls. None had a greater grip on us than our weaknesses for the cozy enclosures of friendships and groups, same which weakness having its birth in our inner insecurities of the spirit and tormenting frailties. All relations are well-worth their existence in us, so long that the reasons for their procurement were good in nature and of prospect. But this rarely is the case amid peoples. The courage for the humiliating ostentation in a public square pillory, the pulling and pawning of mustache as guarantee of honor, the slicing of palms for the blood-pact, the firearm duels, the facing of sharp swords, chopping blocks all are a thing of the past, we have refined our own to more pacifism and conciliations. But as so we grew, not all had been a blessing in the process; we have now gone intelligently negotiable and concealing of our true selves, always marketable and ever cheaply, for the preservation of our worldly goods and effects. Human moral values are quick to trade and to forfeit; but trouble is they moreover are irreplaceable and seldom redeemable afterwards. This is how we become highly patriotic these days; or so we pretended being. It is understandable -indeed expected- that we would had endured evolution as to become the peoples of today’s era and assigned developments into refined progressive beings. What is never to be granted acceptance within man’s encircle, were those acquired and grown traits of negativity, timidity, false pretenses and destructive manners. Two very distinct reasons attract man to such belongings (social groups and associations), among the myriad. He seeks to gain their cover and approval, and to within them perform his influences and cast his ideas in hopes for superiority over them or sanction of his own. Of the many, two orders of outcome descended him in such trials. The loss of intellectual and/or moral identity to the influences bearing upon him from the group’s consensus and culture, and the herding of his own by the agenda and pressures of the former. We must be quite careful over that which we wished for, as the end result seldom equalized our former wishes. Of every association with evil, evil must itself descend us at its worst. Where man lacked the preciously-required fortitude and clarity of mind, he remained at the dire pleasures of his roaring vicious world. Same such is the case, when man’s weaknesses and vile tendencies became his driving forces and a beacon of light in the wandered traversing of those winding steep hills of darkness and malice. Destiny greatly is traced by the formulated rulings we brought under realization, in the manner in which we chose to make favors with our weaknesses and tendencies while animating. Either way this were looked upon, a spectrum of human doom appears eminent as a result of poor self-management and the bearings upon the self by the magnetisms born of the passions and appetites of the soul. In the end, the fault is his and not his world’s, insofar as the possession of direct abilities were of concern.

This appears the only true and just rational verdict to be rendered, if we were to hold him -as we must- as an independent living entity gifted with the mental tangibles capable of affording his own better alignments, and if we were to hope to have a better society of man out of the naturally-flawed creatures that we all persist being. We must, thus, regard man not freed from, but rather held closely blameworthy for his associations with malignant and evil-festering groups, and all the acts brought by him and the former. Opportunities revealed the flaws and vile tendencies, as they motivated the acting of man, though they created none which could be considered as traits of a character or compulsory drives. We act now as we intended ever since. Symbolic imports by the mind upon whose notion and imagery to act and make favors with, may vary in name, look and state, still the acceptance of them in him may not defer in reverence or in act. For he whose bent were to certain behavioral procedures, shall proceed to seek out and embrace fulfillments and confirmations to his inner-world, be that as it may of the creed, ideology, idolatry or symbolism which found expressions within same man. It had long been taken for a favorite refuge and shield by the coward, the devious, the con, the malicious hypocrite, an association of men of either like mentality and intents, so to enlist their aid and bring about plots and chicaneries, or else of those of weakened constitution, thus moldable and suitable to the former’s half-baked conspiracies and fabricated crisis. A disturbed man is a weakened corrupted man, acting at the pleasure of his bewildered inner-world, aided by the sway of outside forces. He is unstable and unpredictable in light of any expected certainty unto act. And although it may pain one to have to live among such a perversion of morals and poverty of  intellect, it fails not see where lies the blame, what conceals the truths, and where cowardly hide the pathetic depraved actors. The sadness born of human moral decomposition is something undeserving of any non-rational beast in wilderness, this as when seen through the moral prism of a sentimentally-moral man, being this analogy raised in a figurative manner. We must this believe, for no matter the agony and hardships it unjustly had brought us before, our sadness for the patient was always the keener and primordial, overshadowing and discarding all feelings born of our own sufferings. It is like the one we would often feel when before the mentalized moral percept of trespassing against a fellow, or that of him against us. The one always pained us the deeper, for we could more easily forgive him than our own would we, knowing that we knew better and of good conscience. The distractions of the world without the self were created by the self itself. It was so thought of, erected or fancied, for the pleasures of the self solely. What never could change, however, is the realism of matters before the strict rationale and morality, no matter our most wild desires and elaborate designs. Here remains the inconvenient unsurpassable obstacle to which we must yield. As the good wise black folks would say: -you went against the mountain you perished devoid of notice, you went against the water you immersed to within in vain die, for both were substances, but not your acts-. Black slaves knew this!

But you see, within the innumerable created human distractions, there were symbolism, idolatry and wild superstitions, manifesting themselves in man as either ignorant suspicions, false perceptions and hopes, love for characters and matters which were irrelevant to their visioned essences or tangible worth, Religions, creed and sorcery… Ad Infinitum. Notwithstanding the immediacy in their superficiality, the readymade enticing appearances and forged percepts, realism yet remained unchanged and unmoved. So it were, that the man whose mind remained focused on the latter, while under the nous of critical thinking, always stood infallibly ready to catch the foreign elements in the man’s reveries, and cast it away from the essences of the real thing, thus delivering the truth untainted and otherwise the false -samewise as the unjust, the sinful – sorted away to the lot of the ill-tainted and the rational and moral degenerates. Ah, that audacious forensic analytics of the human behavior and its ever sought after shields and refuges that always gave it an appeal, seldom true logic, and never a true assent in veracity or protection from contest. Vainly, everywhere some men looked for artifices with which to forge subjective truths, and to use them as weapons with which to conquer realisms. Knowingly he so did, while avoiding it within the self all the while, for the fear of facing its displeases and distastes in relation to his self-instituted percepts for personal desires and plans. Intelligence and the rational gift of formulating thoughts and ideas in the abstract are special and endearing, treasurable and sublime. Ultimate time in which they turned to curse, depravation and mayhem, is when their use were reverted to their unintended ends of vices and destruction. In the business of fabrication of lies and their suitable-yet-frail alternate variable realisms, one ever colossal barrier opposes passing, like the rock of Gibraltar at Sea; -the truth and its indestructible substances remained forever unchanged and ready to offer forbidding defense. The formidable web he creates for himself ends up trapping him within rather than breaking his fall in that wild inconsiderate freedom of thought. Mourn him whose soul perished in the procurement of artificial truths, out of a desperate and blind depraved life of a con or a lost for mind! No matter how expansive or byzantine the entanglements born of the consequences of his intended actions or inactions (when either or both were differently required), there comes a time when his authorism shall be called to order, his fate made to meet the moment. For so long as an audience remained, no questions are asked as to the content of the minds, or the true needs of the bodies. The gates of falsehoods and conspiracy theories are open wide for
