Introduction
I want to start by saying this book is very personal to me. This book is a series of emotions and events written in poem form.
I want to be able to connect with people who have or are going through the same emotions and events and let them know they are not alone.
We have all been through something in our lives that may be hard to speak of. With that said, I hope you can connect with these poems I wrote and feel at ease. These poems are based on PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health problems. There are also some very dark events that are very deep.
There are also poems based on addictions. Also, some of the poems are written about right now, including economic problems and being drawn down with the way of the world. There are also poems based on suicidal thoughts. If indeed you or somebody you know is going through this, please contact somebody. You do matter, and you are not alone. The number posted below is the suicide hotline.
We all need a helping hand sometimes. We all deserve a little kindness. Life is hard sometimes, so if we all lend an ear and listen, we might just be able to save a life. We all need a friend, whether you are a loner, a high school student, or even a person who is very social.
We all need that one person to turn to when times get dark.
With all that said, I hope you enjoy yourself, and remember, you all mean something.

A twinkle in the sky or a star that shines so brightly.
The light reflects on her bleeding soul.
