Easy To Read The Bible in 52 Weeks - Victor Obeng Mensah
INTRODUCTION
In a world filled with chaos and uncertainty, finding solace, guidance, and wisdom can be a daunting task. As a pastor with nearly 17 years of experience, I have had the privilege of ministering to diverse congregations, from leading youth and women's ministries to guiding men's groups. Through these years, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of the Word of God in the lives of individuals, regardless of their age or gender.
One day, while seeking guidance in the sacred scriptures, the Lord directed my attention to Hebrews 1:1-2, a powerful revelation that profoundly impacted my ministry. It reminded me that God primarily speaks to His children through His Word, and not solely through prophets or external voices. It was in this moment of divine revelation that I felt called to create a resource that would empower and guide His children to draw closer to Him through a deeper understanding of His Word.
The result of this divine calling is Easy to Read the Bible in 52 Weeks,
a comprehensive Bible study guide designed to inspire men and women on their spiritual journey. This guide offers a systematic and achievable plan for reading the entire Bible in one year, accompanied by 52 devotionals filled with insights, reflections, and questions to ponder. Each week, you will find prayer topics to guide you through the scriptures and connect with the divine.
This book is not just another devotional; it is a transformative tool that can significantly impact your life. It's tailored to suit both personal and group Bible studies, making it accessible for every individual seeking to deepen their relationship with God.
In the pages that follow, you will embark on a spiritual journey that has the potential to change your life profoundly. With faith, dedication, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, you will experience the profound wisdom, comfort, and transformation that can only come from immersing yourself in the living Word of God. Easy to Read the Bible in 52 Weeks
is more than a book; it is a pathway to experiencing God's love, grace, and truth in a new and remarkable way.

WEEK 1
Saved by Words
Acts 11:13-14 reads ...and call for Simon, whose surname is Peter, who shall tell thee WORDS by which thou SHALT BE SAVED
The above excerpt tells of the time in the Bible when God sent Peter to the house of Cornelius to bring salvation to him and his household. They were saved and escaped hell by Peter's words.
In our walk with God, His words to us are what will enable us to escape and survive the vicissitudes of this life. Though Cornelius was a good man, Peter's words of believing and accepting Jesus Christ brought salvation to him and his household and they escaped hell. In the same vein, you could be walking on a road that will ruin your life in the end. It could be a wrong relationship, job, or even a false religion.
Even as a Christian, you may ignore God's word that says you should not be unequally yoked together with an unbeliever and go ahead and marry an unbeliever. Later, you will regret the consequences. However, what you did not realize was that God was actually saving you from a terrible marriage and future.
Recently, I watched a movie in which a suicide bomber was ready to set himself ablaze in a courtroom. The security forces tactfully intervened and reminded the man of his wife and children who were looking up to him as a husband and father respectively. Their words touched the man and he rescinded his decision to blow himself and the whole courtroom up. In that instant, it just dawned on me that if the words of ordinary men could save the life of a suicide bomber and several others, how much more the Words of Almighty God.
Expose yourself to the word of God from today and it will save you from many of life's problems.
Questions for Meditation
How can I actively expose myself to the Word of God on a daily basis?
In what areas of my life am I ignoring or neglecting God's guidance, and what steps can I take to align myself with His Word?
How can I use the power of words to positively influence and help others in my
