This Seven Secrets of How to Study the Bible is designed to give you a easy way to apply the Bible to your life. The Bible is the inspired word of God and it is a book that changes lives all over the world. The Bible has been the best guide for living and millions wake up to read it to receive God’s daily instruction. The Bible is the perfect gift that God could provide for believers to read what God is saying. Sending his son Jesus to redeem the world is evidence of his love for all humanity. The Bible offers insight into the heart of God. There are a total of 66 books. There are 39 books in the Old Testament and there are 27 books in the New Testament. There are Bible scholars all over the world who join together to create the new versions of the Bible every year.
The King James edition of the Bible has been the standard translation of the Bible for several centuries. Over the years other translations such as the New International Version and the New American Standard Bible have picked up momentum in churches where they are read. No matter what Bible you read there is one central message. It is that Jesus Christ was crucified and then he arose so that those who believe in Him would no longer be separated from God. If you confess with your mouth and believe with your heart that Christ died for you then you will be made new today.
The Old Testament was translated from the standard Hebrew text and the Greek Text was used in translating the New Testament. There are an abundance of witnesses of Bible history that is explained throughout the Bible. The parables give us stories that we can still apply to our lives today. The Bible gives the reader a visual picture of what happened when Christ was on earth. The Bible reveals how imperfect men and woman still acknowledge that they are in need of a savior. We celebrate the wisdom and knowledge that God provides by making Jesus Lord and King of our lives.
