The book is an honest attempt to bring forward the functioning of Boarding Schools in India. Though the schools may seem to be working on autopilot to the common eye, there is a battery of unrelenting service providers shaping the future of many young children.

The role of a teacher is of immense significance. From being a parent figure to a guide to a catalyst bringing about changes, the teacher, as a true leader, effectively drives the community.

The volume also gives an insight into various other avenues related to running a Boarding School. There are chapters dedicated to various areas which make a Boarding School a wholesome place of grooming for the children. Every Boarding School is different in culture and has its share of legacy, passed on from generations to form the bedrock.
