A Canvas Of Humanity - Samara

    Dignity’s Resonance

He found me to be undecorated,

Like a simple piece of white cotton cloth.

    Without any imprints left behind,

By a past lover or two-

Like when my mother and I

Go to a shop to buy groceries

And she yells at the workers

Like nobody should ever be yelled at.

    At moments like those

The pain from my back travels round my body again and again and again

And finally lands on my chest with a
