    Preface

The world has now turned into a village. While in this village there is no shortage of good, righteous, kind, moral, moderate, fair, conscientious, polite, and affectionate people with good speech and nice manners, and as the famous saying goes, they do not even hurt a fly; on the other hand, there are many bad, corrupt, wicked, violent, criminal, extremist and impolite people ranging from the highest political, military, security, economic, social, scientific and cultural positions to the lowest echelons and in various ways, this group is responsible for all troubles, problems, pain, suffering, calamity, moan and groan, and so on.

The second group has overshadowed the first category in every way; they have made the beautiful global village ugly, prestigious people have become infamous, kindness has been turned into enmity, honesty has been turned into lying, sincerity has been turned into hypocrisy and deception, and affection has become cruelty.

The negative consequences of this group do not end here, but cause the destruction of different areas, brutal killings, poverty and destitution of the people, the misery of the youth, excruciating suffering of women, injustice and oppression, and life has become bitter for everyone, breathing has become difficult and they have caused people’s outcry.

They promote corruption and have turned unlawfulness into a law. They have turned social security into a pipe dream and modest speech has given its place to insults, halal (religiously acceptable - tr.) matters have disappeared from the lives of many, and the culture of kindness has turned into a culture of violence and dozens of such problems and disorders have polluted various regions of the global village. The natural consequence of all this disorder is all the problems we are facing today.

In this charter, we first describe the complaints and cries of those who have been dealing with the pain and suffering caused by the actions and behavior of the second group. People who, through their speech and behavior, shout out the sad events in their life.

In the other section, we describe the true feelings of different social classes, which is typically the impact of their positive and negative aspects, and I hope that a day will come when they speak out about what they have in their heart.

This charter is presented to all residents of the global village, including the ruler and the subjects, the rich and the poor, the literate and the illiterate, the powerful and the stranger, the agent and the client, the boss and the subordinate, the imam and the follower, the master and the apprentice, the teacher and the learner, the businessman and the customer, the merchant and the buyer, and the military people and civilians. It is hoped that with the implementation of the charter, all the miseries of the world’s people come to an end.

    Chapter 1: Behavior

    First: Must-Dos

    1. The Tent of Peace

The global village is moving towards war and insecurity day by day, and the future of this village does not look good.

This is despite the fact that peace-seeking and security-seeking are something that exist naturally in every human being and God created man with these characteristics, because peace and security are part of monotheistic religion and man is created monotheistic by nature. Peace and security is the superior way and war and insecurity is the road to destruction. Undoubtedly, the right- seeking nature of every human being leads him to a path that is the premium pathway.

The reason why God placed the tendency towards peace in human nature is that peace and security are the basic needs and main pillars of human society, which strengthen the bond of intimacy, love, unanimity and connection between people, but gathering under the tent of peace and security and enjoying this divine blessing is not possible except by bowing down and surrendering to God’s commands.

It has been mentioned in religious sources that The charity that God loves is the establishment of peace between people who have turned their backs on each other due to disputes and enmity, and it is reconciliation between those who have distanced themselves from each other.

It should not be forgotten that until the upbringing and moral infrastructures are not taken into consideration and until there is no difference between growing a tree and raising a person, and until many children are produced in the global village and without any education and training, they are left to their own devices, there will never be a difference between a person and a tree. As easily as a desert tree is cut down, the tree of human life will be felled much easier. The performance of many in the past is proof of this claim.

It is better for the decision-makers and self-proclaimed leaders of the global village to put an end to the war and killing for the sake of God, for the sake of the orphaned children’s hearts, for the sorrowful hearts of the mothers, and for the sake of those who suffer and sigh in some way; and to take refuge under the tent of peace, which is the tent of everyone’s dignity and goodness in this world and the hereafter.

In this section, bitter and painful stories are presented to the readers from the mouths of a number of misfortunate people who have suffered in every corner of the global village, those who have been damaged by war and insecurity and have suffered psychologically and physically. However, those who have caused all these disasters and misfortunes, if they are not alive, they are definitely struggling with the profile of their deeds in the other world, and if they are alive, they are definitely suffering from the torment of their conscience and the hereafter torment is reserved for them.

God! I am fatherless! The war took my father from me andheburned in the flamesofwar.Weare all human; theprinciples of beliefs of all humans, which are rooted in human nature, are common to all. O’ Almighty God, I am veryupset with the leaders of the global village. Why do not they raise the flag of peace instead of ignitingthe fire of war and insecurity. And oh the owner of hearts! I desperately ask you to bring everyone’s hearts close together so that no place of the global village would burn in the flames of war and no child becomes an orphan.

God! You yourself know that the sea of myheart is turbulent and the tide has taken over it; because my child’s body was torn to pieces in suicide attacks. When I remember my child’s limbs torn apart, my heart catches fire and my breathing stops. I wish no man would take the life of another man, I wish no man would cut another human being’s life vessel and I wish no mother would see the body of her child in pieces.

Oh my God! Since the moment I found my husband’s amputated hand (which was severed by the explosion), I have no peace anymore. I cannot keep quiet because my heart is in turmoil. God!Whathashappened tomanandwhatundividedinheritanceis left that has made people clash like this? O’ God, show your favor so that the tent of peace will be erected in the global village and everyone gathers under that tent and no woman would find her husband’s severed hand in the sewer on the side of the road.

God!Cryinghasbecomethelanguageofmyspeechlesschild who lost his two sisters in the air raids and has stopped speaking since then, and from that moment on, he cannot speak or say anything. My mouth is no longer able to tell this tragedy. I swear everyone to everything they consider sacred and respect it, and I shoutthatforthesakeofallsacredmatters, enoughisenough. This world is not worth imposingall this sufferingon the oppressed and the poor.

God, you know and see that in the new-year days how children wear beautiful clothes, rejoice and feel happy. But I have no father. My father died in the air raids. We do not even have bread to eat, let alone new clothes.

Before the new year, I asked my mother whether it was possible for her to buy me new clothes? My mother hid her face from me, when I looked at her face after a few moments, I saw tears in my mother’s eyes and she was crying slowly. I wiped her tears and said, Dear mom, I’m sorry It pissed you off, I don’t want new clothes anymore.

My mother sighed and I rested my head on her knee and went to sleep and when I woke up, I said, Dear mother, why is there so much insecurity and brutal killings in the world? Why do people shed the blood of their fellows? My mother just looked at me but did not say anything.

Oh God, tears are the speech of my heart and weeping is my outcry for the oppression. O’ merciful God! You who have made the holy heavenly books a magnet for the hearts, so that they can liven up their souls in harmonywith the pleasant fragrance of their spirituality, but what disease is there in humans that they cannot absorb these healing medicines? God, there are many innocent people who are burning in the flames of war, please take care of them.

On one of the holidays, we went to a relative’s house. Everyone was there; the children were sitting on their fathers’ lap, talking and laughing. My underage daughter came and sat next to me and said, Dear mom, where’s my dad? And why don’t I have a father to sit on his lap?

I said, Sweetheart, the war took your father from us. A sob caught in her throat and she said, Dear mom, will my dad come back if there is no war? I said, No, my daughter, pray for us to go to meet your father sooner."

She sighed and said, "God! I’ll never forgive those who produce weapons and those who issue orders to kill and
