Law: Claim One (1): Ineffective Assistance of Counsel: Strickland v Washington 466 U.S. 668 (1984) 466 U.S. 668 1. The Sixth Amendment right to counsel is the right to the effective assistance of counsel, and the benchmark for judging any claim of ineffectiveness must be whether counsel's conduct so undermined the proper functioning of the adversarial process that the trial cannot be relied on as having produce a just result. 2 (a) the defendant must show that counsel's representation fell below an objective standard of reasonableness. attorney performance requires that every effort be made to eliminate the distorting effects of hindsight. 2 (b) there is a reasonable probability that but for counsel's unprofessional errors, the result of the proceeding would have been different. 3 the ultimate focus of inquiry must be on the fundamental fairness of the proceeding whose result is being challenged. Robert Clarke my court appointed attorney didn't let me see my children Rudy, Shawn, Omelisa, and Daniel DeLaRosa all through the court proceeding from July, 19, 1992 until I was sent to prison on April, 01, 1993, and they knew who the killers were. See the movie Tess of D'Urberville.

(C) The Court agreed with the District Court that this case came within an exception to the mixied pitition rule 693 F.2d 1243 (1982). The court agreed tha the Sixth Amendment imposes on counsel a duty to investigate, because reasonably effective assistance must be based on professional decisions and informed legal choices can be made only after investigation before proceeding to trial. inherently prejudicial conflicts of interest had this court said that no special showing of prejudice need be made. Id., at 1258-59 "the judges of the in banc court agreed that the case should be remanded for application of the newly announced standards. Summarily rejecting repondent's claims other than ineffectiveness of counsle, the court accordingly reversed the judgement of the District Court and remanded the case.

(D) adopted by the State of Florida in Knight v. States 394 So. 2d, at 1001, a standard that requires a showing that specified deficient conduct of counsel was likely to have affected the outcome of the proceeding. 693 F.2d, at 1261-1262.

(3) (A) The Court indirectly recoginized as much when it stated in McMann V. Richardson, supra at 770, 771, tha ta guilty plea cannot be attacked as based on inadequate legal advice unless counsel was not a reasonable competent attorney and the advice was not within the range of competence demanded of attorneys in criminal cases.

(B) Prejudice is presumed only if the defendant demonstrates that counsel "actively represented conflicting interests and that an actual conflict of interest adversely affected his lawyer's performance" Cuyler v Sullivan, supra at 350, 348 (footnote omitted). (466 U.S. 668, 693) Judge Cruz, and Loretta Lynch I think that Scott Wolfram made a movie with Marky Mark Nelson, Larry Kenworthy, Sarah Palin, and Kathy Martin where Scott Wolfram has secuctive sex with Sarah Palin, and Marky Mark Nelson has seductive sex with the Walla Walla County Clerk Kathy Martin. Anyways the movie is about me, Nora, and Alice, and in the end Scott Wolfram kills Marky Mark by a dirt canal like the ones you see in Yuma, Arizona, and Scott Wolfram kills Marky Mark in front of a child who is protraying, and look like my son Daniel DeLaRosa Scott Wolfram owes me about 20 million dollars for that movie he knows who I am.

Judge Murduch, and Roll Jerry Makus is Richard Gere's brother, and Richard Gere owes me about 10 million dollars for movies he made about me with Julia Roberts, and Daine Lane how are they going to commit me to Eastern State Hospital the Scott Wolfram, Jerry Makus, Richard Gere families owe me about 30 million dollars?

Law: Claim One (1): Ineffective Assistance of Counsel: United States versus Chronic 466 U.S. 648 (1984) (b) Instead, it concluded that the circumstances surrounding the representation of respondent mandated an inference that counsel was unable to discharge his duties. Only when surrounding circumstances justify a presumption of Ineffectiveness can a Sixth Amendment claim be sufficient without inquiry into counsel's actual performance at trial Pp. 657–662.

(c) The five criteria identified by the Court of Appeals as the circumstances surrounding respondent's representation warranting a finding of ineffective assistance of counsel, while relevant to an (466 U.S. 648, 649) evaluation of a lawyer's effectiveness in a particular case.

(d) Respondent can make out a claim of ineffective assistance of counsel only by pointing to specific errors made by trial counsel. Pp666-667. Jodie Foster, Anthony Hopkins, and Scott Glenn made the movie "Silence of the Lambs in 1990. Then they gave monies to my ex-common-law-wife Alice Bohlmeyer and my current fiancé Nora Garcia sometime from 1990 to February, 29, 1992 for their part in the movie Silence of the Lambs."

Neither Jodie Foster, Alice Bohlmeyer, Nora Garcia, Anthony Hopkins, or Scott Glenn ever warned me that there were six to ten killers in my house killing the me, my children, my family, and now my fiancé Nora Garcia.

(1) The Court of Appeals reversed the conviction because it inferred that respondent's constitutional right to the effective assistance of counsel had been violated. That inference was based on its use of five criteria: "(1) The time afforded for investigation and preparation; (2) the experience of counsel; (3) the gravity of the charge; (4) the complexity of possible defenses; and (5) the accessibility of witnesses to counsel. "675 F.2d 1126, 1129 (CA10 1982) (quoting Untied States versus Golub, 638 F.2d 185, 189 (CA10 1980)). Under the test employed by the Court of Appeals, reversal is required even if (466 U.S. 648, 653) the lawyer's actual performance was flawless.

(2) United States versus Ash, 412 U.S. 300, 309 (1973). If no actual Assistance for the accused's defense is provided, then the constitutional guarantee has been violated. 11 To hold otherwise could convert the appointment of counsel into a sham and nothing more than a formal compliance with the Constitution's requirement that an accused be given the assistance of counsel. The Constitution's guarantee of (466 U.S. 648, 655) assistance of counsel cannot be satisfied by mere formal appointment. "Avery versus Alabama, 308 U.S. 44, 446 (1940).

(3) While the Court of Appeals purported a standard of reasonable competence, it did not indicate that there had been an actual breakdown of the adversarial process during (466) U.S. 648, 658) the trial of this case. Instead it concluded that the circumstances surrounding the representation of respondent mandated an inference that counsel was unable to discharge his duties.

(5) This case is not one in which surrounding circumstances make it unlikely that the defendant could have received the effective assistance of counsel. The cirteria used by the Court of Appeals do not demonstate that counsel failed to fucnction in any meaningful sense as the Government adversary. Respondeent can there fore make out a claim of ineffective assistance only by pointing to specific errors made by trial counsel. 41 In this court, respondent's present counsel argues that the record would support such an attack, but we leave that claim—as well as the other alleged trial error raised by respondent which were not passed upon (466 U.S. 648, 667).

Law: Claim Two (2): Newly Discovered Evidence: U.S. v Armstrong 517 U.S. 456 687 (1996) They failed to show that the Government declined to prosecute similarly situated suspects of other races. Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 16 which by its terms governs discovery in criminal cases. Upon request of the defendant the government shall permit the defendant to inspect and copy or photograph books, papers, documents, photographs, tangible objects, buildings or places, or copies or portion thereof, which are within the possession, custudy or control of the government, and which are material to the preparation of the defendant's defense or are intended for use by the government as evidence in chief at the trial, or were obtained from or belong to the defendant.

Fed. Rule Crim. Proc. 16 (a) (1) (C). Under rule 16 (a) (1) (C), a defendant may examine documents material to his defense. See Wade v. Unites States 504 U.S. 181 (1992) discovery would be available if the defendant could make the appropriate threshold showing. See Unites States v. Parham 16 F. 3d 844 846-847 (CA81994) the defendant to produce some evidence that similarly situated defendants of other races could have been prosecuted, but were not, and this requirement is consistent with our equal protection case law.

I request to see, and present all the times something was said about my case in front of the Perryville Santa Cruz, Prison Cameras, and on all the other Cameras on the Fort Grant Safford Prison Yard, the cameras at the Florence, Yards C.B. 8, C.B. 2, C.B. 4, and C.B. 6, as well as the cameras on the Kaibab Tucson Prison yard, and the cameras on the Morey, Buckeye, Arizona Prison Yard. I request the statements, and record to the assault of January, 20, 1987 on Eloy DeLaRosa in Mathis, Texas, and who he put the RESTRAINING ORDERS on. I request the minutes, or records from the MURDER of November, 11, 1989 of Eloy DeLaRosa by Alberto Acosta in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I request the minutes, or record from the MURDER on Willow Street where the MURDERERS were apprehended by a Joe Arpaio between Prescott, and Waitsburg, Washington.

I request the minutes, or the record from the MURDER on Birch Street in Walla Walla, Washington where Joe Aguilar got twenty (20) years around 1980, or so. I request the minutes, or record to the MURDER at Charbonneau Park in Milton-Freewater. The victim being a John Roloff, and the murderers being some of the Villalobos brothers around 1979 to 1981. I request any movie, album, video, cassette, book, artifact, magazine, news documentary, or whatnot that was made about me, my family, my children, or any of my lovers cited in this argument, or not cited. I ask that you leave the discovery avenue open in case I need to subpoena a movie person, book, case, or whatnot in this case.

Law: Claim Three (3): See Miranda v. Arizona 384 U.S. 436 (1966); See People v. Dawson 166 AD2d 808 (3d Dept. 1990); See Stansbury v California, 511 U.S. 318 (1994); Miranda Rights a statement made in response to questioning is not voluntary and, therefore, you must not consider it. 4: If you do not make those findings, then you must disregard the statement and not consider it. Traditional Involuntariness 10 In addition a statement is not voluntary if it is obtained by means of any other improper conduct or undue pressure which impairs the defendant's physical, or mental condition.

Expanded Charge on Tradional Involuntariness whether in the end a statement was obtained by means of any improper conduct or undue pressure which impaired the defendant's. Delay in Arraignment 14 whether the police unnecessarily delayed the defendant's arraignment; and if so whether that delay, along with other relevant factors, affected. Statements (Admissions, Confessions) If so, whether he/she was given and waived his/her Miranda rights 2, and whether the statement was voluntary in the traditional Fifth Amendment sense—right to counsel under New York State Constitution was violated need not be submitted.

3. Conclusion: If the People have not proven beyond a reasonable doubt that a statement of the defendant was voluntarily made, then you must disregard that statement and not consider it. I Custodial but Spontaneous Statement: and not the result of any questioning, inducement, provocation. Under our law questioning includes word or actions by the police. The statement was spontaneously volunteered, then you must disregard the statement and not consider it. Select as appropriate; 19 whether the questioning took place in a coercive atmosphere. Robert Clarke my court appointed attorney didn't let me see my children Rudy, Shawn, Omelisa, and Daniel, and they knew that George Bush, Barack Obama, and John Turner had jumped into me and stabbed Nora Garcia. See the movie Tess of D'Urberville. Alice Bohlmeyer knew about the George Campos assault of January, 20, 1987 on Eloy DeLaRosa, and she knew of the RESTRAINING ORDERS that Eloy DeLaRosa got after that assault, but for some reason she never went to the Yuma County Jail, or any of the Yuma County Court Proceedings from July, 19, 1992 until I went to prison on April, 01, 1993. Alice Bohlmeyer, and Nora Garcia probably have information favorable to me, and my case about the Willow Street MURDER in 1980 in Walla Walla, Washington. Alice Bohlmeyer, and Nora Garcia probably have information that will clear me of this charge from the Birch Street a MURDER in 1979 in Walla Walla, Washington, where Joe Aguilar got twenty (20) years. Alice, and Nora probably have information to the Charbonneau Park MURDER in Milton-Freewater where a John Rolof was murdered around 1978. Alice Bohlmeyer, and Nora Garcia probably have information about the MURDER of Eloy DeLaRosa on November, 11, 1989 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Statement of facts: Coerced confession, Unlawfully Induced Plea of Guilty, or no Contest, Newly Discovered Evidence, Ineffective Assistance of Counsel, Breach of a Plea Agreement, and Double Jeopardy: It's a coerced confession, and the other five claims because Judge Bradshaw didn't let me see my children—Rudy, Shawn Christopher, O'melisa, and Daniel—and they knew that George Bush, Barack Obama, and John Turner had jumped into me and stabbed Nora Garcia four times that February, 29, 1992 in Yuma, Arizona It's in the movie Tess of D'Urberville, where Shawn Christopher, and Daniel DeLaRosa have small parts with a release date of 1998, which came before the presidential election of 2000, and for the following reasons, and Francisco DeLaRosa states this evidence is relevant. In continuation of the letters filed in my case DeLaRosa versus Washington Case No. 13-1-00203-2 February, 13, 2015, and July 13, 015. Furthermore, this argument introduces newly discovered evidence to DeLaRosa versus Arizona Ca No. Cr.Ca. 1992-18879, and DeLaRosa versus Washington Case No. 13-1-00203-2, and I want to cite all evidence presented in this two cases from 1992 until 2016.

Francisco DeLaRosa would like to argue to the Kenworthy, Superior Court in Yuma, Arizona, the Wolfram Superior Court in Walla Walla Washington, and the Murduch Superior Court in Albuquerque, New Mexico as well as the John Roll Federal Court in Tucson, Arizona in Francisco DeLaRosa's request for relief to these four courts in about four-hundred-and-thirty-four-page argument of statement of facts and law.

Jerry Makus the Order of August, 12, 2015 in the Honorable Larry Kenworthy Court in Yuma, Arizona is correct. See Exhibit A and E allowing the cassette by what I believe to be the Walla Walla Police Department on the radios station 106.5 as they describe themselves on that radio station, and in the cassette filed in DeLaRosa versus Arizona Ca.Cr. 1992-18879. The Arizona Civil Statue reads "any artifacts, movies, films, videos, books, magazines, cassettes etc. etc. etc. I don't have the Arizona Statue number or whatnot, but state it is evidence to DeLaRosa versus Washington Ca. 13-1-00203-2, and DeLaRosa versus Arizona Ca.Cr. 1992-18879 from February, 15, 2015 until the present.

The movies cited on the February, 13, 2015 filing. See Exhibit B page seven (7) paragraphs two (2) and three, and Francisco DeLaRosa statements in page seven paragraphs two (2) and three (3) prove that Francisco DeLaRosa had an affair with these respective ladies, and that sex occurred from the time frames stated on page seven (7) paragraph three (3), and that human beings can travel to other parts of the world, and cause havoc.

Jerry Makus I don't agree with the Wolfram Court not allowing the cassette as evidence in my case. The cassette on the radio station 106.5 by the Walla Walla Police Department says that a Trevor York, Simmerman, and Prosser forced a bunch of hits of acid in Juan DeLaRosa's mouth, and that about five (5) movies say that.

I have done the schematic to the movie The Bounty Hunter with Jennifer Anniston, and Gerald Butler. I ask the Wolfram, or Kenworthy Courts to have Jennifer Anniston write me a twenty (20) million dollar check for that movie it is about me, her, and I guess Mike Nunez and Brad Pitt. She's kidnapped through the whole movie. Judge Wolfram see how Gerald Butler drags her around. I told you, Judge Wolfram, I've been kidnapped. Jennifer Anniston all Walla Walla High School from the class of 1974 through 1979 has been kidnapped Judge Kenworthy is what the movie is telling you.

Me and Jennifer Anniston have been kidnapped because George Bush, Barack Obama John Turner, and maybe Mike Nunez stabbed Nora Garcia on February, 29, 1992 in Yuma, Arizona. I think Ben Cavalli swung that night too. The Ineffective Assistance of Counsel Clause let me see my children in an attempted murder case, and the Coerced Confession Clause, Double Jeopardy Clause, and the Breach of a Plea Agreement Clause dictate we've been kidnapped. I cite to the Wolfram Court that the majority of the arguing on Officer Castillo's voice mail of 527-4394 was with John Turner that caused the Harassment Charges against me on May, 13, 2013. Judge Roll Jennifer Anniston goes to the country club and is looking for a quote big John jack Willis big john unquote. Judge Kenworthy that is one of the persons that was, and is torturing me, and those girls on page seven (7) paragraph three (3) on the filing of February, 13, 2015. See Exhibit B.

Torture is kidnapping in the state of Arizona, and a class two (2) felony Judge Kenworthy as you already know. I did not see the names Trevor York, Simmerman, or Prosser in this movie The Bounty Hunter with Jennifer Anniston Judge Wolfram.

The Millers with Jennifer Anniston she punches a kid with blond hair that looks like Trevor York. I was cellies with Trevor York at the Walla Walla County Jail, but again I was at work that August morning in 2007 at Cavalli's Onion Acres Farms when Juan DeLaRosa tried to commit suicide or was attempted murdered that August morning. I did have sex with Jennifer Anniston that morning, and Juan said quote, Hey, I got balls too, unquote, and it looked like he was mad, and I said, Shut up, idiot, then I told Jennifer Anniston quote, Hey, look out after Juan. He's acting weird. I have to get to work, unquote. Are the names Trevor York, Simmerman, and Prosser in the movies Two-heads Shark-Attack with Lisa Kudrow, Buried Treasures with Demi Moore, Two Lovers with Chelsea Clinton, and Gwyneth Paltrow?

I think Judge Wolfram that on January 16, 2015 Hilary Clinton on the Democratic Candidates Debate quote why does that little kid get my husband into that he is Al Pacino unquote.

So maybe Chelsea Clinton does say something about Juan DeLaRosa's suicide/murder in Two Lovers with Jude Law, and Gwyneth Paltrow. She wants to cry because George Bush, and Barack Obama are jumping into me too much, and they always want to use her to have sex with. Judge Kenworthy if March, 23, 2006 happened in the Bounty Hunter with Jennifer Anniston and Buried Treasures with Demi Moore.

Facts: I think Hilary Clinton likes George Bush and Barack Obama, but they rely on that couple too much because they are all three German couples, but it appears to me that Hilary doesn't want to do sex favors for them.

Judge Wolfram on November, 04, 2015 Valerie Bertinelli said on Good Morning America with Kathy Lee Crosby Kote B. I quote Juan told four people they forced acid in his mouth, and that he was wrestling with Trevor, Simmerman, and Prosser in the back shed, and they forced acid in his mouth before I went to work. I didn't see them force acid in his mouth unquote. See Exhibit F Notebook. Judge Kenworthy on your Order of August, 12, 2015 See Exhibit A. You allowed the cassette by the Walla Walla Police Department See Cassette Exhibit E as evidence in DeLa Rosa versus Arizona CaCr-1992-18879, and I have given you six claims to grant me relief on as the Order of August, 12, 2015 ruled. I cite that the Walla Walla Police Department have a camera on this computer at the Walla Walla library so this argument becomes law immeadetly this Tuesday November, 26, 2015. Judge Kenworthy Officer Nagel talked with me from about February, 15, 2015 until about April, 15, 2015 about the fact Trevor York, Simmerman, and Prosser might have forced acid in Juan DeLaRosa morning that August morning it's right there in that cassette you have on file in my case Judge. See Exhibit E.

Judge Wolfram I heard wrestling once, or twice in the back shed where Juan DeLaRosa stayed, and once I think I went to check on him, and I think I checked inside the shed, and he was by himself I think. Judge Wolfram I can't say for certain if I heard wrestling on the night of March, 22, 2006 August, 2007. You might ask Valerie Bertenelli, Chelsea Clinton, Jennifer Anniston, Lisa Kudrow, or Demi Moore. I might have told them something that March, 22, 2006 evening August, 2007.

Judge Wolfram in the Filing of July, 13, 2015. See Exhibit H. in your court sir on page two (2) paragraph one (1) it says that a Trevor York, Simmerman, and Prosser are under investigation for Juan DeLaRosa's suicide/murder. That dictates Judge Wolfram that a Cager James York does not get arrested at 1107 West Chestnut street brandishing a gun on February 02 2016. Judge Kenworthy keep them away from our neighborhood, and us if a gun goes off it is going to kill someone. Judge Wolfram we the DeLaRosa's own about six (6) hundred thousand dollars' worth of properties in Walla Walla, Washington, and a gun is only about five (5) hundred dollars.

Judge Wolfram I think I asked Juan DeLaRosa to stay back there he was walking by the barn which I was remodeling before the city put a stop to it. Anyway, I said quote, Why don't you move to the back shed you are my older brother what if somebody comes, and kills me in the middle of the night, and Juan said quote, Yes, I guess, unquote, and then I think he moved back there so I feel kind of guilty there. Judge Wolfram if March, 23, 2006 happened in The Bounty Hunter, and the Demi Moore, Julia Roberts Lisa Kudrow, and Holly Combs movies then George Bush might have been there so I am not sure if it was his idea, or mine.

The Bounty Hunter with Jennifer Anniston well Jerry Gonzalez, or Oscar Jimenez has been kidnapped by Austin, aka George Bush. "George Bush 04/25/08 minus March, 23, 2006 equals one-me two-Rudy, and Shawn, two-Omelisa, and Daniel. Nicole Hurley is Nicole Garcia the blue seventy-six Cadillac Convertible is the green seventy-six Cadillac Convertible Mr. Chelon Lopez almost sold me for nine hundred dollars in 1984. Well it's all beat in the left fender. Well the Bradshaw Court has Ruben Lopez, Danny Cammarillio, Rick Cammarillio, and Cande Castillio all beat up because they kidnapped me, and my four children in 1992, or Rick Matson, Gerald Butler, and Christian Slater are all beat up because the Bradshaw Court kidnapped me, and my four children in 1992.

Judge Wolfram when they shot each other in 1974. Well the big shots torturing us are George Bush, Barack Obama, and the White House it seems. There's twenty-six (26) movies at least Judge Wolfram. 2538 twenty-five (25) is when I got kidnapped of the Union Pacific Railroad in 1985 South Texas was fun though. Thirty-eight (38) is when I got kidnapped at the Fort Grant, Safford Yard. Teresa the bail bond woman is Teresa Sarmiento who is my sons Rudy DeLaRosa's mom. 1667 minus 1029 equals 638. 6:38 in the morning is when me, and Jennifer Anniston ran into Juan DeLaRosa that sad August morning in 2007. I looked at my watch on my wrist, and told Jennifer Anniston, and maybe Chelsea Clinton something is wrong with Juan look out after him I have to go to work. 0129 is 1029 Willow street where Teresa the Bail Bonds lady works. Depository well me, and Juan were racing to get to the bathroom.

The black dude is Barack Obama, and the giant boner is John Turner. 1117 minus 1029 equals 98. 98 al revez is eighty-nine which means Jennifer Anniston thinks those three killed Eloy DeLaRosa in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1989. The red 59 Chevrolet Convertible is the red 59 Chevrolet that Freddie Lopez owned from about 1978 until I left to Corpus Christi, Texas in 1985. The license plate 32 is when I went to prison the 479 is 1029 Willow Street where the murder happened. 479 minus 406 equals 73, and that is the 73 Chevrolet lowrider with true spokes that Sylvester Lopez owned from about 1978 until I left to Corpus Christi, Texas in 1985. Obviously it also has a picture of Bill Clinton.

Does Chelsea Clinton say Bill Clinton, and Christian Slater were in on helping Juan jump of that trailer Judge Wolfram? Gracey Martinez might have said Bill Clinton, and Christian Slater also jumped Juan DeLaRosa of the trailer that August morning, but I think she said it after I called Officer Castillio's voice mail of 527-4394. Judge Wolfram I don't know if Gracey Martinez is a credible witness, and if that happened, and she is also a minor. Lupe DeLaRosa would probably get very upset if you questioned her about it. Judge Wolfram obviously it is one of the Clinton's in the middle of the picture with the black actor being on one side The Bounty Hunter, so I cited it. Judge Wolfram are there any other names in Officer Castillio's voice mail of 527-4394 when I reported that Juan DeLaRosa drinking his last beer on this earth with me told me that George Bush, Barack Obama, and John Turner had jumped him of the trailer.

Facts: If March, 23, 2006 happened in the Bounty Hunter and those other movies, then I think I have come to know Christian Slater and Denise Richards, and they have been nice to me, I think. I think Bill Clinton, and Hilary Clinton serve life well in doing what they do in the White House. I think Judge Kenworthy that Chelsea Clinton is living, or married to one of Ben Cavalli's son's, and it appears Ben Cavalli swung, and stabbed Nora Garcia that February, 29, 1992. Chelsea Clinton was my girlfriend in 2006 I believe, or 2009, but Ben Cavalli did help in opening my knife in the back yard on Sixth Avenue in Yuma, Arizona on February, 29, 1992, and I think he also swung.

Judge Wolfram, and Kenworthy my memory says that Chelsea Clinton came on to me, and like the other girls on the Filing of February, 13, 2015 Page seven (7) Paragraph three (3). See Exhibit B she said quote I'll fuck you for six (6) months make a movie about it give you some money for the movie, and you don't manslaughter me, and you don't break up my marriage. John Turner, George Bush, and Barack Obama are torturing my mom, and dad too much, and he has a bad heart, and our family doesn't want him going through that unquote. I said sure I'll do it. Demi Moore, Lisa Kudrow, Holly Combs, and Jennifer Anniston complained sometimes that they were busy Judge. I think Chelsea Clinton cites that she didn't want her mom, and dad getting tortured by John Turner, Barack Obama, and George Bush in the movie she is in Two Lovers with Gwyneth Paltrow, and Jude Law.

Judge Roll and the Federal Court in Tucson I asked Jacoby and Meyers to take the case in 2003, and another attorney in Phoenix, Arizona in 2003. I called Megan Murphy three (3) times at the Fox Television Station on Adams Street in 2003. In 2004 I asked the law firms of Dick Monahan, and I think Hess Law Office to take the case, and they would not. I called Megan Murphy, and Kari Lake about twenty (20), times and told her to tell Goldie Hawn, Jennifer Lopez, Michelle Pfeiffer, Julia Roberts, and I think Demi Moore to give me the monies for the movies. Judge Roll I think they sent me a message to sue them through Kari Lake of the same Fox Television station in Phoenix, Arizona.

Judge Kenworthy did the ladies of page seven (7) paragraph three (3) on the filing of February, 13, 2013. See Exhibit B. get caught up in killing Juan DeLaRosa. Judge Wolfram, and Kenworthy I cite in the cassette. See Exhibit E. that Julia Roberts might have told me that she killed Juan DeLaRosa at the Academy Awards in 2007, so did Angelina Jolie, and there was another girl that said it that night, but I can't remember who it was. I estimate I was worth about two (2) hundred million dollars in 2003. Judge Roll, and the Federal Court in Tucson I've asked thirteen (13) attorneys to take the case with no luck so far.

I cite to the Judge Roll Federal Court and the Justice Department that I wanted the two (2) hundred million dollars in 2003 to be with my children and a Janie Ibarra from Corpus Christi, Texas who was going to live with me in 1987, but I had three children from Alice Bohlmeyer Shawn, Omelisa, and Daniel, and Rudy DelaRosa whom me, and Alice Bohlmeyer adopted in 1983 because his biological mom Teresa Sarmiento was having trouble taking care of Rudy DeLaRosa. Judge Wolfram, and Kenworthy I am pretty sure I had Alice Bohlmeyer hired an attorney to get us custudy, and it is a case filed here in the Walla Walla Courts Judge Wolfram. Janie Ibarra was also trying to make it with Rene Cruz whom she had a nine-(9)-year-old boy and six-(6)-year-old girl from.

Judge Roll I've called thirteen (13) attorneys I think, and Megan Murphy twenty (20) times in 2004 and the attorneys always answer courtesly, intelligently, and respectfully, but the answer is always no, and it is a tenth (10) grade equation to get me the monies from the movies. I describe this as a MONOPOLY that goes as far as MURDER, ATTEMPTED MURDER, AND TORTURE, and again we own about six (6) hundred thousand dollars' worth of property, and a gun costs only about five (5) hundred dollars. I ask the Federal Roll Court in Tucson, Arizona, and the Justice Department for an immediate intervention. It appears to me that Hollywood wants to patronize me, my children, and my family into a situation not worth having. I ask the Wolfram, and Kenworthy Courts is there a ban on a person that has been convicted of a Class Three Felony and that we can't sue for monies made about us. I ask the Roll, Kenworthy, Wolfram, and Murduch Courts not to Patronize, and Condensate Francisco DeLaRosa, and his four children into a lesser level of existence than what the Equal Rights Bill of the Fourth Amendment dictates gentlemen.

Judge Roll all those ladies that I sued in your Federal Court in 2002 had to do was write me a check, and I would have been with Janie Ibarra in Corpus Christi, Texas, and the Kenworthy Court in Yuma, Arizona would have heard this argument pretty much identically because Francisco DeLaRosa can't change what happened through his prison stint, and I would have gotten custudy of my children.

Judge Roll I did a Civil Complaint that comes with a Preliminary Injunction that is enforced by the Federal Marshalls or the County Sheriff I believe in 2002 in your court. Judge Roll I am wondering does this give you authority to intervene in this case. There is a conflict of interest with the Wolfram Court because he was a Minnick, and Hayner before he became a Judge, and I had a verbal agreement with David Rose in 2012 that he would get me twenty (20) million a movie, or what he could, and I took about ten (10) movie schmetics to his office, and hand delivered them to his pretty young secretary who I think is George Bush's daughter. Judge Roll, and Lorreta Lynch of the Justice Department I think that somehow David Rose is part of that murder ring. I believe you send me a message on the Tucson news station when I was in C.B. 4.

Facts: The Walls in Florence, Arizona that Michelle Pfeiffer, and Jennifer Lopez wanted to settle right away, but the newspaper advertisement cost, I believe, fifteen (15) dollars.

I think Mike Beltran who is in Predator told me to pay the legal advertisement fee. Mike Beltran as I know him said you are rich pay the legal advertisement fee, and go without store for a week. I bought the store instead, and Barack Obama, John Turner, and George Bush derailed this lawsuit, or Writ of Habeas Corpus through mind control for close to twelve years now. Is he Cheech Marin's son famous from the Cheech, and Chong movies of the 1970s, and is he Teresa Sarmiento's husband? Teresa Sarmiento is my oldest sons Rudy DeLaRosa mom, and Rudy DeLaRosa was born in 1979. Judge Wolfram Hollywood could have just given Teresa Sarmiento a check for twenty (20) million a movie, and then I could have hired an attorney to see what a fair amount is because the plots of the twenty-six (26) movies are about me.

I would like to point the attention of the Roll, Wolfram, Kenworthy, and Murduch Courts to the scene where Mike Beltran fights with one of the Predators. Mike has a Sumarai Sword, and the Predator has a small sword too. They fight in a grass meadow, and they both die. Is Mike Beltran all tacked out on his back, and arms? Well Judge Roll that is the same Mike Beltran that was in C.B.-4 the Walls Florence in 2000 I believe who was all tacked out on his back, and arms.

Judge Roll, Wolfram, Kenworthy, and Murduch I ask your courts to pay special attention to this part because it is about a four-hundred-and-thirty-four-(434)-page statement of facts, and some of the characters of the prison fight in 1996 on the Santa Cruz, Perryville Prison Yard where a Puppet Caudillio gets stabbed twenty (20) times, and is it a Chuy Salinas who gets shot by a John Turner with a thirty-thirty (30-30) in the small of his back that leaves Chuy Salinas a half a cripple? I direct the Kenworthy, and Wolfram Courts to my sister's house on Eagan Street here in Walla Walla, Washington. I direct the Roll, and Murduch Courts attention to her youngest son Chuy DeLaRosa. Chuy Salinas is my cousin from Mathis, Texas, and our family would go visit his parents Basilio, and Tome Salinas in Mathis, Texas when I was in my teens in the 1970s. We are the father seed, and Grand Mother Maria, and Lupe Salinas are the mother seed which I think mothered the Connery's, Bahorkitz, Romero's, Navarro's, Gomez and Bustamante's that I know of.

I cite to the Judge Roll Federal Court, and the Justice Department of Loretta Lynch that this is one of the extremely important parts of the argument. Coos Willis, and his friend, and the fourteen (14) day stand off with the FBI in 2002 on the Morey, Lewis Yard in Buckeye, Arizona. I ask the Judge Roll Federal Court, and the Justice Department did this Coos Willis kidnap stab, and sodomize this same John Turner. This is the same person who was torturing me and the ladies of the filing of February, 13, 2015 page seven (7) paragraph three (3). Facts: This is extremely important too. Judge Kenworthy, Murduch, and Wolfram when me and Alice Bohlmeyer got custudy of Rudy DeLaRosa from Teresa Sarmiento, he was diabetic, and we had Rudy DeLaRosa for about a year, and the diabetes went away. Teresa Sarmiento came one day, and picked Rudy DeLaRosa up, and didn't bring him back for nine months, and when Teresa Sarmiento brought him back Rudy DeLaRosa was diabetic again. This Mexican from Mexico that was living with Teresa Sarmiento when Rudy DeLaRosa was three said that this Mike Beltran might have broken Rudy DeLaRosa legs while Mike was stretching Rudy DeLaRosa, or Rudy DeLaRosa was going to fall of the second floor at Teresa Sarmiento moms house on Chestnut Street, and Mike Beltran saved him. I think Mitch Farley told me they were feeding pepsi sodas in his bottles, and that I should get him out of that house.

Judge Wolfram, and Kenworthy this is extremely important too I think that Mike Beltran aka Barrientes. My mom is Maria Barrientes Cantu DeLaRosa. Anyways I think a Trini Lopez, Benny, and Ruben Maldonado aka Coronado, and others stabbed this Mike Beltran when they almost killed this Puppett Caudillio. Judge Kenworthy special attention to Shawn Christopher DeLaRosa who was named after the actor Sean Connery, and Christopher Lopez the latter being the little brother of a friend of mine Ruben Lopez.

Judge Roll Daniel Doroteo DeLaRosa who was named after another friend of mine Danny Coronado, and my dad's dad Dortoeo DeLaRosa. Mike told me that Terry Stewart, Charles Ryan, and the Arizona Department of Corrections separated the two fanctions because they couldn't get along at C.B. 4. An Officer Ramon, somebody who was about six (6) foot tall and weighed about two hundred and sixty pounds, I think heard him. I want to subpoena all these people just mentioned to Judge Kenworthy, and Wolfram. I accidently started talking too loud to Mike Beltran, and he punched me in the mouth through the bars at C.B. 4, and then got away from my cell. I think George Bush lulled me so I could get punched, and I yelled at that fucker, and told him to fuck his mom about fifteen times, but he was cool, and didn't stab me with a broom. Then the Guards there at C.B. 4 The Walls in Florence, Arizona moved me to the other side of C.B. 4, and again me and Mike Beltran started arguing, and this time he hit me in the jaw with the end of the mob broom. Judge Kenworthy this Mike Beltran I think is about as quick as Chuck Norris, but I tried to hit him with some water, but missed him. I told him to fuck his mom about thirty times more then we went out to recreation together, and he didn't swing on me, and I didn't swing on him.

Judge Kenworthy, Roll, and Wolfram, what I know about Mike Beltran, and Puppet, and Joe Caudillio is that they like us, but if we get near I think they punch us. The Way Lites a group that was playing at the Lowden Town Hall in 1978 when I was trying to go out with Megan Murphy ran me off the dance. The group I think consist of Joe, and Ed Caudillio aka Weeds Tom Martinez aka Weeds aka Jane Fonda aka job for me at the Walla Walla Country Club in 1977. This group I think also consisted of Antonio Banderas, and I think his wife Melanie Griffith, Jon Ceda, and I think his wife Jodie Foster, Alice Bohlmeyer aka Joe Caudillio's wife, and Elizabeth Perkins aka Ed Caudillio's wife aka the sitcom Weeds.

Facts: The guy that ran me off that night was, I think, a Raymundo Nunez, aka Mike Nunez's brother, aka Mick Jagger's son. He ran me off because I knocked over a chair; I was a little drunk, and I was asking Linda and Diane Flores to come out to dance. I was hoping to marry Megan, Linda, or Diane in 1978. Judge Wolfram, and Kenworthy my memory says that Linda, or Diane Flores said that they probable would marry that year.

I ask the Kenworthy, Roll, and Wolfram Courts why would Joe Caudillio want to be around my children obviously they don't like me. Another thing I think Alice Bohlmeyer has two girls from this Joe Caudillio who are older than Shawn Christopher. I think that Alice Bohlmeyer asked me when we were on Donald Street if her two girls could come spend the night. I think that George Bush was there, and he told Alice Bohlmeyer that I didn't want those two girls there. Judge Kenworthy, and Wolfram how could my mom, and dad be so cold blooded to Alice Bohlmeyer, and those two girls. Everybody else in my family can travel gentlemen. I never got the opportunity to meet Alice Bohlmeyer's two girls that are older than my second (2nd) son Shawn Christopher DeLaRosa. Judge Kenworthy, Roll, and Wolfram special emphasis to the Caudillio family.

Judge Kenworthy, Wolfram, and Roll, I was feeling pretty good at the Way-lites dance in Lowden in 1978, but I want to subpoena the people there to see if this happened. I was supposed to meet Megan Murphy there who was sort of going out with me, and Martin Franco from Saint John Street in Walla Walla, and yes, the Flores girls were at the Mexican dances most weekends. I think The Way-lites would say look at him Alice he wants to be with all of our girls Melanie, Jodie, and Elizabeth, and it was sort of that way. They were real pretty, and sort of me, and Megan, Linda, and Diane wanted to start living together at least me, and the Flores girls did.

Judge Kenworthy, Wolfram, and Murduch Alice Bohlmeyer I think has two girls older than Shawn Christopher DeLaRosa, but after she has sex with me five, or six times, wouldn't she bring her girls with her gentlemen? I think her then-husband Joe Caudillio ran off with Jodie Foster, and Sara McLaughlin is their child, I presume that is as old as Shawn Christopher DeLaRosa. I ask the Kenworthy, Wolfram, and Murduch Courts why wouldn't Jodie Foster, and Joe Caudillio let Alice Bohlmeyer introduce me to her daughters right away? Judge Kenworthy I would introduce Rudy, and Shawn Christopher, after five (5), or ten (10) sexes to any woman that wanted me to get naked, and have sex with her.

Judge Kenworthy, Wolfram, and Roll, that one broke Rudy's leg, and fed it hot Pepsi, and made it a diabetic, and the other kidnapped my children for twenty-three (23) years, and got his brother stabbed twenty (20) times, I guess. I like Mike Beltran, and Puppet, but it is probably better that they stay on their prison yards, and neighborhoods, and the DeLaRosa's, and their friends on our own yards, and our neighborhoods, and again because of the camera on this computer at the Walla Walla library, and on my house I argue that this becomes law this day of February, 26, 2016 gentlemen.

Judge Wolfram, and Kenworthy back to Demi Moore, and Julia Roberts again I ask direction from your courts I do have sex with these ladies with the machine, and it is extremely pleasurable cited on the February, 13, 2015 Filing Page seven (7) paragraph (3). See Exhibit B. but it became illegal when they didn't write me a check in 2003, and I am out of two (2) hundred million dollars for twelve years, my four children, and Janie Ibarra. Not one of these ladies ever had real sex, or really made out with me, or really moved in with me, but instead stayed with their respective husbands, and, or lovers. I think Judge Wolfram, Roll, and Kenworthy that Lisa Kudrow, Holly Combs Julia Roberts, etc. etc. etc., like me, but they are married and are not going to get divorced.

Did they get caught up in killing Juan DeLaRosa, and crippling Jose DeLaRosa, and why would that happen? I might have made it with Janie Ibarra, and my four children with the two (2) hundred million dollars. Why would Hollywood want to do that Judge Kenworthy, and Murduch? There have been four attempts at taking my life, without letting me see my children in an attempted murder trial. Judge Wolfram when did me, or my four children ever do something wrong to anybody from Hollywood M.G.M., Warner Brothers, or anybody else in that SECTION of life, or the Government Section of life.

In all fairness Judge Kenworthy, and Wolfram I think I picked up Mick Jaggers daughter in Mathis, Texas in 1979 when I was at the dance hall there with my brother Ramon, and his wife Gloria DeLaRosa, and we had sex. This girl is a bleach blond, and she might be the same one that has rode the Walla Walla Valley Transit bus since 2004.

I was with Julia Roberts until about December, 01, 2014 she never left me through all the county, and Eastern State Hospital in Medical Lake. I sort of broke up with Jennifer Anniston about six months ago because Barack Obama said he went out with her, and sort of still have sex with her she never left me either Judge Wolfram we just didn't tell the courts because you'll commit me again. I am sort of, or trying to be with Jodie Foster, and, or Holly Combs as long as Holly didn't go out with my little brother Jessie DeLaRosa.

I don't do that very often with Hilary Clinton unless she lets me. My parents were on welfare, and me, and my ex-wives were on welfare also she is the secretary of state, and she asked me to give Chelsea Clinton back to her, and I did, and that was that Judge. In all fairness Judge Wolfram, and Kenworthy maybe the Clinton girls sex me, and I like that part of my reality when it happens, and it could not change I think.

Judge Wolfram, and Kenworthy back to the murders Francisco DeLaRosa states that Juan DeLaRosa told him that George Bush, Barack Obama, and Sheriff Turner jumped him of the trailer that August morning in 2007, and that Juan DeLaRosa told Francisco DeLaRosa that a couple of months after his suicide attempt, and that Francisco DeLaRosa reported the attempted murder-suicide to Officer Castillio on his voice mail of 527-4394 Exhibit L sometime between Juan's suicide attempt in August 2007 until his death, on February, 02, 2009. Francisco DeLaRosa states that it appears that George Bush Barack Obama, and John Turner, and maybe Mike Nunez, and maybe others murdered Juan DeLaRosa, and, or cracked his head wide open, and I would like to explain to let those persons in question defend themselves.

I think that Mike Nunez in the movie when he is in a wheelchair the movie is with Mark Bartafalo and Juliet Lewis. Juliet Lewis plays his girlfriend, and I ask the Wolfram, and Roll Courts does he say something about Juan DeLaRosa's suicide/murder whatever it was? Does he complain in the movie about me having sex with Jennifer Anniston I ask the Kenworthy and Murduch Courts? Does Mike Nunez when he is with Juliet Lewis say he killed Juan DeLaRosa and why would they kill Juan DeLaRosa JudgeWolfram? I was under the impression we were all friends so that is hard to absorb that the girls on the filing of February 13, 2015 page seven (7) paragraph three (3). See Exhibit B. would get caught up in something like that, and their husbands as well.

Francisco DeLaRosa presents this as the one of the first incidents that somebody complains about Mr. DeLaRosa having sex with their perspective wives. It's in America's Sweetheart's with Julia Roberts, and Billy Crystal, but I think Julia Roberts just cites that it happened, but she might have complained. In Oceans Eleven does Julia Robert say she doesn't want to have sex with me Judge Kenworthy. Demi Moore sort of complained, or sort of cited the fact she was having sex with Francisco DeLaRosa in Buried Treasures.

Lisa Kudrow also cited she was having sex or complained about the sex with Mr. DeLaRosa in the movie Two Heads Shark Attack. I think she complains about our affair when she is in Europe, or the East Coast in some mansion, or castle that her family owns. I argue to the Kenworthy Court that these respective ladies were, or are just being honest, and half faithful to their husbands, and telling them that sex is occurring with Francisco DeLaRosa, and that is what a faithful wife should do there.

Judge Wolfram I met Julia Roberts in C.B.-2, The Walls in Florence, Arizona in 2001. I had been having sex with the lady guards there in the Walls in Florence in 2000, and whatever else I could muster. Julia made the movie Omelisa Smile about our relationship in there my daughter's name is Omelissa. The Spanish song Toma lisa up puniel y traspassa este pecho que fue verdadero tu bien sabes que te amo, etc. etc. etc.

I called Jacoby, and Meyers in Phoenix, Arizona in 2003, and another attorney, and they were'nt interested in the case. I also called Megan Murphy at Fox Television on Adams street, and told her I was out, and to come see me, and to tell Julia Roberts, Jennifer Lopez, Michelle Pfiefer, and Goldie Hawn that I wanted my monies for those movies in question. I think they sent me a message through Kari Lake on Fox Television to sue them. I then got my parole violated, and had to do eight (8) months more in prison. Briefly it was Barack Obama, John Turner, and George Bush who only wanted to call four attorneys in 2003 to 2004, and it was those three maybe others that helped them not do this exact same Writ of Habeas Corpus. They made the situation where I perceived the law firms of Jacaby and Meyers, of Phoenix, and the law firms of Dick Monahan, I think Hess Law office seem like racists, and bigots where there is no place in the Judicial system of government for persons of Spanish, or Mexican origin.

I argue to the Kenworthy, and Wolfram Court that the crime had to be stopped by those respective ladies on page seven (7), paragraph three (3) on the filing of February, 13, 2015. See Exhibit B. when I sued them in the late John Roll Federal Court in Tucson, Arizona, or when I called Megan Murphy in April of 2003, and, or when I called Megan Murphy, and Kari Lake at Fox Television in 2004. I was telling Kari, and Megan to tell Jennifer Lopez, Michelle Pfeiffer, Goldie Hawn, Julia Roberts, and Demi Moore to give me my monies for the movies because Julia, Jennifer Anniston, Lisa Kudrow, Julia Dreyfuss, and I think Demi Moore might not live with me, and I didn't want to lose, I told Megan, and Kari, and the rest of these ladies just cited in this page. I wanted the monies from the movies to get custudy of my children, and buy some benicolors to see if Janie Ibarra wasn't with Rene Cruz anymore in Corpus Christi, Texas.

I appreciate the monies for the movies at about twenty (20) million a movie, or so from 2003 until the present. However, the proper avenue for Hollywood to pursue was the monies from the movies in 2003, and this Writ of Habeas Corpus that these five respective honorable courts are hearing now. Judge Kenworthy the Harassment charges of May, 13, 2013 prove that not one of these ladies on the filing of February, 13, 2015 page seven (7) paragraph three (3). See Exhibit B presented evidence in my defense, or helped me with bail instead they just let me get man slaughtered, or however the courts want to describe that.

Judge Kenworthy I have sex with those respective ladies on Page seven (7) Paragraph three (3) about every night, or who I can muster, but I never found someone in the eleven years I have been in Walla Walla. The ladies in Walla Walla are scared of those three killers, and I think I asked the Bahorkitz cashier at Super One Supermarket out, and she said quote no I don't want to get murdered by those killers unquote. I imagine it was between April, 2004, and August, 2007, and I think there is a camera in that store that will prove this statement.

Francisco DeLaRosa would argue to the Roll Federal Court that racism has occurred, and a bludgeoning of a girl of Mexican, and, or Spanish ancestry has occurred by two, or four white males, and a black male, and obviously it violates one of the Amendments of the United States Constitution. Probably some World War Two (2) treaties that were made after World War Two (2). It also violates the Arizona Revised Statues 13-604 G, and 13-701 which carry mandatory prison time in the state of Arizona.

Francisco DeLaRosa states to the Judge Roll Federal Court, and the Justice Department that Judge Bradshaw, Robert Clarke, and the Prosecutors in 1992, and 1993 in Yuma, Arizona are also white.

Judge Kenworthy when I was with Nora Garcia in Yuma, Arizona people would say exactly the same thing.
