The 100 laws of Mars - Hash Blink

    Chapter 1

Aries stepped out onto the red soil of Mars, taking in the view of the vast expanse around him. It had been three years since he had left Earth, and he still couldn't believe that he was living on a different planet.

He had come to Mars to work on the terraforming project, one of the most ambitious undertakings in human history. The objective was to transform the barren, lifeless planet into a habitable one, with a breathable atmosphere and flowing water.

Aries had always wanted to be a part of something great, something that would

make a difference in the world. And this project had given him that opportunity.

He looked around at the landscape, dotted with the metallic domes

that housed the scientists and workers. His own dome was nearby, where he and his team were working on the creation of plant life that could survive in the harsh Martian environment.

Aries remembered the 100 laws of Mars that he had been taught when he first arrived. These were the rules that governed life on the planet, designed to ensure the safety and survival of its inhabitants.

The first law was the most important: always wear a spacesuit outside the dome. The atmosphere on Mars was thin and lacked oxygen, and without a spacesuit, a person would quickly suffocate and die.

As he looked up at the orange sky, Aries couldn't help but feel a sense of awe and wonder at the sheer size and complexity of this project. He knew that there were many challenges ahead, but he was determined to see it through, to be a part of the team that would make history.

Aries took a deep breath and stepped back into his dome, ready to continue his work on the terraforming project. He knew that the

journey ahead would not be easy, but he was ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

    Chapter 2

As Aries settled into his new life on Mars, he began to notice the subtle differences between the Red Planet and Earth. The air was thinner and drier, and

the sky was a constant shade of rust. But despite the harsh conditions, Aries felt a sense of purpose as he worked on the terraforming project.

He quickly learned the first law of Mars: always wear a spacesuit outside. The planet's thin atmosphere made it impossible to breathe without assistance, and even a small tear in a suit could mean certain death. Aries made sure to triplecheck his gear before every excursion.

The second law of Mars was just as important: conserve water. Water was a precious resource on the planet, and every drop had to be carefully rationed. Aries learned how to recycle his own urine and sweat to make sure he had enough to drink.

Over time, Aries became more comfortable with his new surroundings. He made friends with his fellow terraformers and learned to love the desolate beauty of

the Martian landscape. Despite the harsh conditions, he felt like he belonged.

But even as he worked towards his goal of creating a new home for

humanity, Aries couldn't help but feel a twinge of homesickness. He missed the familiar sights and sounds of Earth, and he yearned for a glimpse of blue sky and green grass.

As he looked up at the never-ending rust-colored sky, Aries made a promise to himself. He would see the terraforming project through to the end, no matter how long it took. And one day, when Mars was finally a thriving, habitable planet, he would return to his own blue- green home and marvel at what he helped create.

    Chapter 3

Aries had been on Mars for several months now, and the initial excitement of being a part of the terraforming project had faded. He had become accustomed to the

harsh living conditions, wearing his spacesuit outside, and limiting his water usage. However, something had changed on Mars, and Aries couldn't quite put his finger on it.

One day, while out on a scouting mission, Aries noticed something strange in the distance. It looked like a structure of some sort, and he decided to investigate. As he got closer, Aries realized it was a small colony of humans, living in makeshift dwellings.

Aries approached the colony cautiously, and as he got closer, he noticed that these humans were not a part of the terraforming project. They were a group of outcasts who had been exiled to Mars by the Earth government.

The colony was led by a man named Jax, who had been sent to Mars for disobeying one of the 100 laws of Earth. Jax had created his own set of laws, and the colony lived by them. The laws were brutal and often led to punishment by death.

Aries was shocked by what he had discovered. He had always believed that everyone who came to Mars was working towards a common goal, but here was a group of people who had been cast out by society and were living in their own twisted version of it.

As Aries left the colony, he couldn't help but wonder how many more outcasts there were on Mars. The once hopeful and exciting project had taken a dark turn, and Aries knew that he would have to be careful from now on. He couldn't let the 100 laws of Mars consume him.

    Chapter 4

Aries kept his distance from the outcasts, observing their behavior from afar. He could see they had developed their own way of living on Mars, but it was far from the utopia he and the rest of the terraforming team were working towards.

One day, Aries was caught off guard when Jax and a group of his followers approached him. Jax was a tall, imposing figure, with a rugged face and piercing eyes.

What's your business here? Jax demanded, his voice laced with suspicion.

Aries explained that he was part of the terraforming project and had stumbled upon their colony by accident.

Jax and his followers exchanged glances, and Aries could sense the tension in the air.

You're not from Earth, are you? Jax said, eyeing Aries up and down.

Aries hesitated for a moment, unsure of how to answer. He knew that the Earth government had sent the outcasts to Mars, but he didn't want to reveal too much about his own background.

I'm here to help, that's all, Aries said, trying to keep his tone neutral.

Jax studied Aries for a few moments before nodding slowly.

Alright, we'll let you go this time. But remember this, there are rules on Mars, and we follow our own set of laws here. You'd do well to stay out of our way. Aries nodded, his heart racing as he watched Jax and his followers walk away. He couldn't shake the feeling of unease that settled over

him, knowing that there were people on Mars who were willing to go to such lengths to survive.

As he made his way back to the terraforming base, Aries realized that the stakes were higher than he had ever imagined. He knew that if he wanted to see the

project through to the end, he would have to be prepared to face whatever challenges lay ahead - even if that meant coming face to face with Jax and the 100 laws of Mars.

    Chapter 5

Aries had always been aware of the dangers of life on Mars. The harsh living conditions, the constant threat of malfunctioning equipment, and the never-ending isolation were all part of the price he had to pay for being a part of the terraforming project. But nothing could have prepared him for the darkness that lay ahead.

Jax and his followers had accepted Aries into their group with open arms. He was eager to help and had proven himself to be a valuable asset, using his knowledge of terraforming to assist with their crops and water supply.

As time went on, Aries became more and more involved with Jax and his followers.

They were a tight-knit group, bound together by their mutual exile from Earth. Aries had never felt such a sense of camaraderie and belonging, and he found himself falling under their spell.

It wasn't until one fateful night, when Jax called a meeting to discuss their plans to overthrow the Earth government, that Aries realized the true nature of their cause. Jax had no interest in terraforming the planet or making it habitable for future generations. He was only interested in revenge.

Aries was stunned by this revelation. He had been so blinded by his sense of loyalty to the group that he had failed to see the true nature of their mission. He knew he had to do something.

The next day, Aries made his way to the communication center. He had to warn the terraforming team of Jax's plans before it was too late. As he began to transmit the message, he felt a strong hand on his shoulder.

    Jax had arrived.

You betrayed us, Jax snarled. You will pay the price.

As Aries was dragged away, he knew that his days were numbered. He had made a grave mistake in trusting Jax and his followers, and now he was paying the ultimate price. But he refused to go down without a fight.

As he was thrown into a makeshift cell, Aries vowed to find a way out. He would warn the terraforming team of Jax's plans, even if it meant sacrificing his own

life. For the first time since arriving on Mars, Aries understood the true cost of

the terraforming project. The stakes were higher than he had ever imagined, and he was determined to see it through to the end, no matter the cost.

    Chapter 6

Aries sat in the dimly lit cell, his mind racing as he tried to come up with a plan to escape. He knew that Jax and his followers were planning something big, something that would jeopardize the entire terraforming project.

Days turned into weeks, and Aries could feel himself losing hope. He was beginning to believe that he would never make it out of this prison alive. The days were long and monotonous, with nothing to do but think and wait.

One day, Jax and his followers burst into Aries' cell, dragging him out into the open air. Aries could feel the cold Martian wind whipping through his hair as he was led to the site of a new construction. As they approached, Aries could see that they had built something huge, something that looked almost like a weapon.

What is this? Aries asked, his voice trembling with fear.

This, Jax replied, a sinister grin on his face, is our ticket to freedom. With this, we can take down the Earth government and rule Mars ourselves.

Aries' heart sank. He had to do something, anything, to
