Murder Front: Mac Morris Mysteries, #4
()
About this ebook
Mac agrees to investigate the murder of an Atlanta Police Officer's daughter, but little did she know it would lead her to hunt for a serial killer.
During the investigation, a tornado outbreak occurs across the southeastern United States, leaving bodies in its wake, but not from the weather. A serial killer targets females with red hair. But those with green eyes are shot in the forehead, while the killer treats those with blue eyes special.
This book is a pulse-pounding ride as all the evidence leads back to one place.

But this was easier said than done because back then there was no centralized database for this sort of thing. Jacob’s case went unsolved for decades and his mom always wondered if her son fell through the cracks of a system without enough regulation. So, she worked to set a precedent that would require all sex offenders to be registered. Though, she would later go on to regret that work. Podcast episode
